Do not believe these reviews. I went based on that but clearly they have gotten their friends to leave them positive reviews because not one person with some sense would like to eat here. This place is disgusting. The bathroom was in horrible shape (like dirty gas station bathroom horrible) and there were a bin of dirty dishes right in front of the bathroom which was actually in full view of the dining area. I have no idea why it wouldnt have been in the kitchen. Which made me think that the kitchen is probably overflowing with dishes so they just started piling the others on carts in the hallway. The pancake I was served had clearly been sitting out because it was hard as a rock and the sausage tasted microwaveable but wasnt even served hot. The ketchup bottles were disgusting. They basically went to Sams Club and got the biggest bottles they could find and placed those on the table. But the bottles were nearing empty with tons of dried ketchup on the tops that looked they had been handled by about a thousand customers and the high school aged staff couldnt be bothered to at least wipe them down. I was there on a Saturday morning so you would think whoever the owner is would try to be there on a weekend when Im sure they are the busiest but its obvious they have completely given up because this place needs to be shut down. The floor was disgusting. There were food particles, ketchup stains and just overall dirt everywhere. It was way too messy for a Saturday at noon which led me to believe it had been like that since the day before or days before and no one bothered to mop. This place was just gross. There was not one redeeming quality. I would never eat there again and should have walked out when I was there in the first place.

I have eaten there many times but the way I was treated by the waitresses, I may never go back. I used to eat there a lot and then moved to Fort Worth. Anytime Im in the area, I like to go there. I tried calling in my order started at 2:15 on my way to the cafe, because I knew they closed at 3:00PM. I called 4 times, each time being sent to a voicemail which was full. I got there at 2:30 and the waitress said they were only taking to-go orders at that time. I told her I had tried to call several times but no one answered the phone. There were 5 girls working plus 3 people I know of in the back. So I ended up eating my food in my car at the restaurant bc by the time I got home it would be a cold and soggy hamburger. The girls already had chairs on one half of the cafe and they started putting every condiment they had on the table where Im sitting waiting for my food. I got 4 prices of ice in my iced tea, I was told they were out of ice, and yet one of the other waitresses comes out with a cup full of ice. The phone rang numerous times while I was waiting for my food. They put it straight to VM. They went to the phone, and instead of answering it, they pushed the silent button. When the girl did it, she said "theres no one here that wants to talk to you" Is the manager aware they are refusing business?? So, before 3 PM Im done eating in my car and I took my to-go box inside the cafe... And what are they doing? Siting around chatting. They need to learn about customer service. I have never been treated so rudely. Its sad bc I really enjoyed going there. .

We went to the new location on centerville rd on saturday evening 5/28/16. I rate this location zero stars. My husband and I walked and was never greeted, we both got tea is so watered down. Then we ordered breakfast food when the food finally came out the girl gives me my husband order so he asked her what plate was what the girl says she doesnt know I asked her why and her excuse was Im new and we just opened. The food was not even hot and the meat on both plates where so dry and the scrambled eggs were over done and brown. I just ended up getting a sandwich. I asked to speak with the manager she tells me thst hes not there he is at the other location. She also never gave us any refills. As my husband was paying the bill I told the girl she can let the manager and owner know we will never be back and we will tell our friends not to go also, so she just laughs at us. So all I can say is the service and food was really bsd, I do not recommend any one to try this place.

Terrible food. Boxed mashed potatoes, when I asked for gravy I was told the cook said she wouldnt make more since they closed in 45 minutes. The fried chicken tasted like catfish and the servers were rude. A lady with two small kids came in 40 minutes before they close and they told her they wouldnt serve them because the cook didnt want to cook that close to closing. If you like frozen processed food and dirty tables try it, just go 2 hours before they close so they have time to microwave and add water to what you order. GAIGE - I didnt yell or raise my voice. I had a sleeping infant with me. I was extremely disappointed with the food and service, why would I go back? I never asked for 2 cups of gravy but your exaggeration is comical. There were only 4 other people in there so I can assume you are friend of the server or know the owner since you somehow knew I posted a negative review.

The waitresses were very short, inattentive, and un-friendly and hardly spoke besides taking the order. I ordered the cream chesse scrambler which clearly read and stated it came with eggs and cream cheese. Nothing less or more. When it arrived to me 30 mins later, it was covered in bacon and cheddar cheese.When i brought this to her attn. she said "Well if you read the menu, the other option above the cream chesse scrambler says it comes with meat."Why would anyone assume that if it wasnt described in the opt. I chose. Instead of offering a new one she continued to defend why she was right. Givin that I was on a time crunch I didnt not ask for them to remake it, but to just give me new hashbrowns since there was bacon also on the hashbrowns. Instead, they just slided the hashbrowns onto a new plate and served me that. Not once did she refill, or ask if we needed anything

NICOLE BRANSON shame on you... were you the one yelling at that poor girl because you didnt get your 2 cups of gravy? I saw the whole thing miss.. that was just ridiculous. You were just a terrible customer. Hope you never go back. Food is great so is the service. Afternoon service especially NICOLE Server? Friend of the server? Which was it? Sounds like you dont know what your talking about... it was two cups of gravy.. dont lie. You seem to know every single detail about an incident that happened well over 3 months ago. All you say is just a bunch of lies. Just to cover the fact that your rude, disrespectful, childish, and ungrateful. Every body who is reading this just realize NICOLE was a very loud, irate and rude customer. Next time bring your two cups of gravy
