Just went into this establishment and I have to say it was the worse experience I have ever had. When we walked in we were not greeted at all. This was our first time there so we werent quite sure how things worked so a little bit of help would have been nice. When we were standing at the counter to try to order the cook comes up and rudely says "what do you want?" Then the girl who was cashing us out attempted to take our order but it took her about 10 minutes for her to take my order which was the promotion item of a chicken sandwich and bacon cheese fries. Some bald guy who Looked like may have been the manager was trying to help her figure out my order but he barely knew what he was doing either. Then when I went to pay with my card she did not know how to use the machine. I ended up leaving and will never return. Get your establishment together!

The food was really not bad. The staff was polite. They were very busy. However, I found nothing too special a out the place, although it was nice. I felt they were overpriced. I paid $15.00 for a philly, a single cheese burger, fry, tea and water. Just to make a sandwich a combo starts at $3.29 and goes as high as $4.99. (not including the cost of the sandwich...not one under $4.49). Thats a bit of a rip. But, from the business they were pulling in, looks like I was the only one bothered by the prices. Frankly, I just know how much potatoes cost and the super cheap to make. So I felt I over paid for lunch that was not much better than Checkers (where my daughter wanted to go in the first place).

Weve eaten here multiple times and really enjoy the food. However, the service on our last visit was unacceptable. They brought my food out over 30 minutes after our order, but my dinner companion did not get his until after an hour. They had also over charged us for an item, according to what was listed on the board. The manager, who was not on premises when we ordered, apologized and made a half hearted attempt to make it right by writing a note on the back of our receipt promising a free burger on our next visit, but the experience was so disappointing that I am hesitant to return. I hope they can correct this because the food and shakes are good.

My experience at this place was horrible. Not only did I wait 46 minutes for a hamburger as well as other people, but they did not apologize for the wait time. I was given the excuse that their printer quit working. Then was told it would be too hard for them to give a refund and I would have to wait for someone to get freed up to get the refund. Several others were inconvenienced as well. This all happened and no apology was given for the wait time and the fact that they cared nothing for those they were serving. I may have given it another chance had they apologized and maybe offered a discount/coupon for the bad visit. Terrible experience.

So, I wasnt blown away, but seems much better than some others have posted about here. The burgers were really good and fries were fresh and crisp. The service was friendly and polite. The tables and overall restaurant itself was not the cleanest, but just needed a good wipe down between customers that wasnt really happening. Couldnt really warrant a 3, but a 4 is little overrated, about a 3.5 or 3.6 would be closer to accurate. In all I would go back again and likely will.

Food is good, but for the price its a rip off as you can see in the picture i ordered a large shake and that is how full it was. Burger with onion rings a drink and a shake just under $18!!! Never coming here again! UPDATE: I asked the girl that made my shake why it was so small when it was a large...she said its premeasured and she has nothing to do with it and walked away!!! Changed to 1 star.

Manager Will hires kids and refuses to pay them after months on the job. He also pays kids straight out of cash register, evading accountability and taxes. He also evades phone calls having kids lie about his whereabouts. It was my sons first job and worst first job experience ever. Worst management ever, needs new management, IRS audit or be shut down ASAP.

This place is terrible. We have been twice and have never gotten what we ordered. Tonight we sat while 3 tables received their food, ate and left only to be told that one of the cooks threw away our order. After almost 45 minutes we were delivered food that didnt resemble anything ordered. I will never come back!!

Help wanted sign in the window. 2nd employee showed up after my order was taken by the guy cooking. The tables were dirty. The window sills were filthy and had a lot of dead flies on them. A fly was buzzing around me as well. Out of Lemonade. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet uncleaned. Management needs to step it up!

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. It also takes too long for them to cook anything. We ordered four burgers one chili cheese fry and two shakes it took the food 50 minutes to be finished and the shakes another 15 minutes after that.

The gentlemen behind the counter are awesome. Professional and polite, you can tell they love their jobs. We had the Patty Melt, Carolina and onion rings. WOW! I didnt expect this incredible freshness and flavor. I highly recommend this establishment.

This little place has good food, but the staff seems as if they are bothered by you when you order. They were too busy on the cell phones and talking among themselves. Felt like I was interrupting their social hour. Wont be back to this location.

Food quality was good. Newer location and only had two employees working. Waited a long time for food to come out. Good burger and shake, just not worth waiting 40 minutes for. If they get the service component fixed, will probably be OK.

I stopped in at Wayback Burgers on Halloween night to grab something quick and easy. The food was great and I was excited to find a decent burger joint locally. Their service wasnt the best, but I gave them a pass since it was a holiday.

Paid $22 for a burger and a chicken tender kids meal. The burger was good, but nothing special. The kids meal had 2 tenders and a handfull of fries. Total rip off. The service was mediocre as well. Will not be going back.

The food is overpriced, but equivalent to a Five Guys or Cheeseburger Bobbys. We waited 44 minutes for 2 burgers that came out with the wrong toppings!! The service was less than good and the food was just okay. We wont be back.

Way over priced very slow and poor service. Flavorless burgers. My ticket time was over 20 min my burger was undercooked and my fries were ice cold. My milkshake was very good but it took 15 min to make to.
