My friends and I were looking for a place to eat at after work that, of course, we hadnt been to before and werent going to catch a whole lot of traffic. I decided Locust Grove would be best since Tanger Outlet is there where you can shop and walk the food off. I stumbled upon this place. It was really clean (even the restrooms). Theres a small outside area to eat and the location of this restaurant is very convenient (about a 3min walking distance from Tanger Outlets). Our meals were cooked well and we received them in less than 5min. I had the Triple Double combo (which was basically a Cheesburger that I had on toasted bread) with Smash Fries and a Salted Carmel Shake; very delicious. Cost me $14.31 and was worth every penny. Although you dont get a waitress/waiter, the cashier gives you a number and your meal is brought right to your table; and when youre done, you just leave it on your table for someone to clean up (they dont explain all of this to you). Highly recommend and will definitely have to go back. Apparently, theres also a location in Atlanta.

We stopped at this Smash Burger on the way from Florida to Nashville. First time at a Smash Burger and Im very impressed. Store had a great atmosphere, lobby and restroom facilities were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kathy who was attending the cafe. Food was also really good. As a vegetarian Im usually wary of burger places, but they had a couple great options for the meat-free. I got the black bean burger. Overall, excellent first impression.

The manager was nice to customers but she was barking orders at her staff. They were getting peoples orders wrong left and right and peoples fries would come out and sit under the hot lamp 5 to 10 minutes before their food would come out. I got my food 5 minutes before my fiance did. Yall need to work on organization skills big time and timing of food.

Be prepared to spend about 10 bucks for a burger..even when its missing one of the main features....I got cold fries....and burned bacon. Sent the fries back and they just threw them back in the grease..came back extra crispy. Sent the burger back to...that came back aiight.. aside from the haystack that they ran out of that was supposed to be on it..

Good burger. Nice enough people. Dont get up to refill your drink at the fountain. I did and my meal disappeared. I had just asked the waitress to leave my plate where it was. I told the staff I would like my order back. Waited longer than when I order it the first time. Finally left. Jeez let your patrons eat before you push me out the door.

Besides the delicious food the employees went above and beyond "fast food." My 5yr old left his prized possession there and we noticed about 500 miles later. After many calls backtracking our trip, smash burger called me to say they found it. They also offered to ship it to me overnight. Great company.

Small parking, no drive thur, slow service Prices seem high for what u get. Sometimes u get your shake and it is melted or u drink it before your food. Waitresses need better training. DONT EXPECT IT WILL LAST. TO MUCH COMPUTITION IN AREA, WITH AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER FOOD FOR A LOWER PRICE.

My first visit to a smashburger. The service was great, and the floor staff asked several times how things were. The food was very good, and the shoe string fries were great. 4 stars because I thought $11 for a burger, fries, and a drink is a bit pricey.

Great food, but a little pricey. Make sure you check your order before you leave if you get it to go. Ive been here three times and every time they have forgotten something. Also, stay away from the chicken unless you like yours paper thin.

This place has some of the best burgers Ive ever had. It is similar to 5 guys or Freddies. I like both of those places as well, this one is just closer to me. Get the Georgian with everything on it. You will not be disappointed.

Really good burgers the wait was not to bad when I went here and they gave a very good selection of burgers. They have a vegetarian burger as well and chicken. They appeal to a little bit of everybody which is an awesome thing.
