Disclaimer: My experience may not be the same as yours. Im voicing my experience and my opinion of the location. I visited tonight for the first time. My order was wrong, which is fine it happens. I noticed they made one of my friends order wrong as well. The texture was like a melted marshmallow. Turns out they gave him vegan ice cream. He tossed it away after they failed to make it right, twice. I have been to and tried other nitrogen ice cream brands and have loved them. Never have I had a problem with any ice cream location. When they brought my order out, it was still wrong. At that point, I took my wrong order and tossed it out. I threw 12 dollars down the trash. Never, will I ever come to this place again. Attention to detail is horrible and the "lab scientist" as they call themselves have horrible customer service skills. The only one that seemed to care was the cashier.

I want to being by saying today was my second day having Brain Freeze Nitrogen Ice Cream but it was my first time actually eating inside the ice cream shop and well it was alittle busy but as soon as the shift leader Maria came in and saw she was short staffed she jumped straight into action helping out where ever was needed. She was a great representation for the ice cream shop. Maria helped my boyfriend and i when he decided that he needed more then what he got lol she helped us get the right amount and with a smile on her face. I really want to thank maria for her Excellency and Andres for working really hard and as fast as he could to try and help make things go faster and smoother till someone got there to help.

Possibly the best ice cream in South Florida. There are other long time shops and other similar concepts, but this has taken the crown. So many flavors to choose from as your base (ice cream of froyo), seriously, the list is endless. A variety of sizes and styles, from a small cup to a sandwich. And a mass variety of toppings to mix in. On top of all of that, you can add a flavored syringe! Theres even premade combos if you cant decide. Store is relative spacious and the staff is pretty nice. Plus, its an experience to see the nitrogen mixers in action. Well worth the price.

The best place to find actual GOOD vegan ice cream !! i absolutely love the pistachio vegan and get a pint every time i come.Workers in both locations are hard workers and really care to make your ice cream to your liking. The shift leader Maria helped me out the entire process and was nice enough to go out and ask my friends and I if they wanted anything else. Service here is above any ice cream store ive been to and should be recognized more ! Youve got to try this stuff !!!!

Very cool vibe and unique spot. Its going to run you at least $7/person, but its about more than the silky, smooth, delicious, custard-like treats that they have here. Atmosphere is awesome. Sugar-free options. Be prepared for it to be busy and for it to take some time while waiting in line and waiting to get your treats after you order. If you are prepared for all of these things, you are going to have a great time.

They were definitely right when they say that nitrogen makes ice cream better. It really does. The ice cream was super creamy and delicious. Theyre a bit pricey but it definitely fills you up quickly. If you love ice cream, you would fall in love with this place. Its a really cool hang out place for kids as well.

Tried this ice cream place the other day and it was great! Very similar to the other nitrogen ice cream places but the variety of toppings are better and I love the additional syringe of condensed milk. (There are different ones to choose from) Delicious place. Must stop by if you are crazing a delicious desert!

The ice cream was great, I had the Cubanito and it tasted like I was eating a guava pastelito. However, it took my family about 45 minutes to place an order, as the process to make the ice cream takes way too long. Granted it is good, but probably not worth the price nor the time.

What a wonderful experience this is! Not only are the ice cream and yogurt freshly made while you wait, but the ambiance is great and everyone (from kids to adults) has a fun time there. Will go back every chance I get.

Place is awesome, no question. The Ice Cream is smooth and inventive, keeps the kids entertained and theyre not overloaded with sugar. Theres many options even dairy-free if you want, my favorite one is Nutella OMG!
