Saw the reviews and wanted to try something new. I ordered their SPECIAL which was a cheese steak. Wait wasnt too bad but then someone from the kitchen came out and said there were no more hoagie rolls only hamburger buns which I said it didnt matter (not much of a bread eater) and thought it would be right out. My employee who was with me ordered a burger and it came out quickly but pretty raw from my side of the table. By the time my "steak" sandwich came he was done with his burger. I opened it up and it was mostly a pile onions. I picked around and found tiny pieces of meat that I might find in a taco or give to my dog. There was hardly any meat and it should have been called an onion and cheese sandwich . What little meat there was , was burnt almost beyond recognition. See pictures below. (The grilled onions were good, thus the 1 star ) I did bring this to the attention of the cashier who took my order and he did apologize and say it was not up to their standards, but it was delivered to me anyhow. He offered to make another, but I dont have unlimited lunch time. Needless to say we wont be going back and their sides prices (fries, Tots, etc ) make up for the lower burger prices.

My family has been coming here for at least the past four years. Today they were dishonest with our order and money. We ordered a steak sandwich and a tuna burger. Upon paying for them, we find out the steak burger is precooked and only comes well done. Since I normally eat my steak medium rare or my burger right on, I asked to change it to a good ol burger instead. The cashier went to the kitchen then came out and said to us he fixed it. When I asked about the price difference, he repeated that he fixed it to right on. We assumed he was able to cook the steak sandwich right on for us since he didnt change the order and give us the difference of the cost. Keep in mind the burger is $2 less. Well, guess what? When my husband brought our order to the table, I noticed they gave me a burger, not a steak sandwich. I went back to the counter and questioned the cashier the steak sandwich and the price difference between the two. He didnt apologize or offered to give me the $2 back. I had to ask for the money back. This type of business behavior is unacceptable. We will never be back again and we will stop recommending this place to our friends from now on!

So sad. Heard great things about this place and really wanted to give it a try. Came in with 3 other friends visiting from out of town. We walked in were told to sit anywhere and that they would help us shortly. We sat close to the front at a bar type table and waited for 5 mins. After that time I walked up and asked if we could at least see a menu and was told "we have menus all over the place and its up there" (pointing at the menu and speaking in a rude condesending manner). We were told by our instructors to a class of 10 trainer professionals that we need to try this place. I will be sure to let EVERYONE i know to stay away from this place. To management I dont know the name of the extremely rude young lady BUT she had blonde hair with blue dye and tattoos. We usually have classes of 10-20 per week that we send that way, so much so that it is a part of our MUST EAT AT restaurants. Unfortunately we will be removing it from that list. Very Disappointed.

The first few times I went there it was great. The last 3 times, it was simply "OK". My burger has been undercooked my last few visits. Dont get me wrong, it was edible, but Ive learned to say "Well Done" and expect a good amount of pink throughout the entire burger. Other patrons agreed with me, but continued to eat because the wait time between ordering and getting food is roughly 10minutes. The burger selection is pretty good, dont come here for a simple burger. This is just not that type of place. The chicken sandwiches are also pretty tasty. Ive been wanting to try their shakes, but everytime I decide to order one, theyre out of ice cream or only have 1 or 2 flavors available. In all, a nice twist on burgers. My only complaint is that around lunch the chef tends to forget that the grill cools down due to the high demand and food is not properly cooked. Average price is $5-$8 for a burger alone

The burgers were very tasty. I liked how the lamb burger was dressed. The cowboy burger was bad-ass! The plain ol was good, too. The sides, French fries, tater tots and onion rings, were way too greasy. Almost gummy. The beer selections were well-rounded, something for all tastes, and nice and cold. The atmosphere was chaotic and the ordering process didnt go too well for me. I had to repeat my order several times and still had to correct it. Maybe the person taking my order was new. With that being said, Id still recommend it. Be prepared for a crowd. Go all the way in toward the rear to place your order. The menu is online and on their wall near the register. The beer menu was on a chalk board behind and to your left, when facing the order taker! The outside tables are very close to the busy street, so noise and fumes will be a factor.

There is one thing I can say, South Florida KNOWS BURGERS! If nothing else, I can always count on a good burger. With each place I try, I continue to wonder if it can get any better. Ive tried Gilberts 17tth Street Grill, Georgies Alibi, Le Tub, Rok Brgr, and a multitude of other burger joints; however, Charm City Burgers Company was still on my list. I just happened to be in Deerfield Beach today and I knew that I couldnt leave without trying this place. Let me say, I was not disappointed. Everything sounded so good, but ultimately I decided on the Little Sloppy (which by the way was humongous!). The Big Sloppy is twice as big....I cant even imagine how anyone could consume something that big. My husband goT the El Diablo grilled chicken sandwich and he said that it was equally good. I would definitely recommend this place...DELISH!

Live across the street and with 4 kids we frequent often. Used to be our go to place and the kids weekly hang out. Now, for the 4th time in a row and still they have no clue. We are finally done. 2 of our children cannot have raw meat. We request and explain every time. Cooked well (extra hammered) and once we get home it is ALWAYS raw!! I have called and complained and always get a kid saying "yeah. yeah ok" and a sorry. I THROW THESE burgers out NOT ONCE will management return a call or apologize. At this point over the last 4 times we have thrown out 7 burgers!!! Yeah, they used to be good. Now, nah, not so much. I even complained once via Facebook and no replies. Sad that they are dragging in the money yet do not care about the patrons who have been there since day one!!!
