I go to this Burger King frequently because it is convenient but Im not after today, Ive had it. On a regular basis the soft drinks are very low on syrup and taste horrible, today I got a soft drink with the straw already in the cup (didnt think about it until I got back to work, but eww that is gross!), and the soft drink tastes BIZARRE. On top of that I ordered a burger with no tomatoes and of course it had tomatoes. The drive through people are never nice, I know it is lunch time and you are trying to serve people quickly but there have been multiple times that they hardly speak a single extra word that isnt imperative to taking my money, or even seem the least bit courteous. You should have plenty of time with precooked food to the point that I cant even get a sandwich without tomatoes to at least smile or say hello or thank you or anything at all. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your lunch because I have enjoyed my lunches from this BK less and less over the past few months. Done.

This place is amazing everyone is super friendly they make sure that you get whatever you need there are a lot of negative comments on how they messed up their orders but sometimes people mess up were humans it happens and Im sure theyll try to make sure you get whatever you ordered I recommend coming here its a great place to go if you want to hangout with your family or friends oh and if you have any problems with your order or if you need something dont be afraid to ask oh and Zalena the assistant manager is amazing let her know if you need anything or have any problems! :)

Like all burger kings in the area, the service is terrible, unless you get the manager who is actually a nice person. I was the only one in line and I had to wait 20 minutes so they could ask me what I wanted. Dont get me wrong though the people who work there are nice, the service to the customer though is not something to be proud of. The food is great though.

The restaurant is located outside Sugarloaf Mills mall next to shops along a strip. The restrooms are clean and the dining area is welcoming when comparing fast food places. They do not nickel and dime you for a cup of water or extra condiments. Definitely a family oriented atmosphere out a good place to enjoy free WiFi with a cup of Joe (actual coffee name).

2nd. Visit. Will never go back. Got my order completely wrong. Real simple to make a sandwich with Only ketsup. Instead mine had mustard( mildly allergic and pickles which just disgust me) should have known better when i had to tell her 3 times. To many other places with better food around here. Dont waste you $$ here.

These folks NEVER get my order right. Dont waste your time &/or cravings, its not worth it. Instead, I strongly encourage you to find another BK nearby & drive the extra mile or two in order to get what you really want. Management needs to step in and handle this before they end up with NO customers.

I was a walk in and i go to the bathroom in the stall and there was piss all over the place the restaurant was really slow i see two associates and the manager huddled and im just wondering what is it so nasty , i got a burger and a drink which wasnt bad but the bathroom destroyed my visit

I had a whopper, grilled dog, fries and a soda for lunch today. I have enjoyed it and it arrived fresh and hot. It was a lot of food for one person so I left full. The cashier that helped us was friendly and helpful, her name was Mya. It would be worth coming back. Overall: A

came here 5 years ago and service and food was terrible , swore i would never come again , but today i did . food was great and fresh , but all the employees are rude , no hello , no thank you .. i even said thank you at the end and no reply , and this was the manager .

I manage goldeagle airsoft in the mall and I and recomending that everyone stay far away from this bk. Their service is HORRIBLE and my food looked like it was thrown against a wall. It smelled like feces. I couldnt even eat it. I was horrified. STAY AWAY!

They never give you what you order never give you a reciept so u cant take it back i ordered a monster crasaint for breakfast and got a hot ham and cheese but by all means if u dont mind getting whatever they wanna give you go ahead lol
