Food was mediocre, asked for well not burnt, got partly burnt burger, first order of fries were luke warm, our waiter was good, but the rest of the staff seemed more involved with talking to one another, felt very crowed with them all hanging on the back side of the bar complaining about how its not busy but when it is busy the kitchen is the only one keeping it afloat,(listening to the talk you could find out about alot) bartender was chomping on gum sneaking alcohol to the waitresses, its no wonder we came in at 5pm on a Saturday with no wait time to get seated, a party of 20 could probably come in. Mangers were hardly paying attention to the staff

We used to go here all the time and stopped. Tonight we decided to go back and were reminded why we stopped going. It cost a family of 4 almost $70 to eat (with tip). Thats with one appetizer and two sodas and two waters, no dessert. The food portions are smaller than they used to be, and the "bottomless" fries are something the staff does not like to promote, as when you finish the five fries that come in the initial serving, you have probably finished the rest of the meal by the time you have the opportunity to ask for more. The chicken wrap was previously made, as it was dried out about an inch from the line where it was cut.

Awful experience! I came to red robins at 10:50 pm when I was told the store kitchen will close in 10 minutes. So I need to hurry up and order. But the place doesnt close till 12. I never heard of close a kitchen an hour before closing. I think they just wanted to get off early today. So I spent 11 dollars for a fries and burger and my sister order a chocolate cake with ice cream and the cake was frozen. This was my first experience and I am very upset will not return to this red Robin again.

Hamburgers are superb.....and with a tap beer, even better. Service is very good and I say not excelent because I went during happy hour and asked the waitress about it, brought two beers and when I asked for the check they were charging both. I complained and she said that tap beer was not included in happy hour offer......I think she should have told me before I order them. Any way, she was very nice and recogniced her mistake.

This restaurant is fantastic ! I have went several times and each time I have gotten to be so lucky to have Kathleen as my waitress. Shes very energetic and knowledgeable about the menu. Even when she was extremely busy, she still managed to keep her customers satisfied. I highly recommend the Royal burger. Request Kathleen and I promise your food will be great and your experience will be even better !

Asked for water with no ice. I got water with ice. Asked for herb garlic fries with my burger instead of regular fries and was told that it was no additional cost . I got regular fries and had to ask for herb garlic fries, like I had asked. My receipt showed the herb garlic fries had an additional cost. Bad experience. Also long wait time on a Sunday night even though it was not busy at all.

Ordered the fried pickles and got a basket with ten little pickle slices in a basket on fries... Told the manager and he took it off the bill thankfully. My boyfriend had a jack and coke and asked the waitress for some coke since he had finished his drink and she asked if a kids cup was okay..... We are two grown adults... Then she tried to take our baskets that were full of food.... Wow...

Im not entirely sure why I keep giving this Red Robin more chances. The services is nearly always slow, the food is almost always prepared incorrectly, assuming they even give you the right thing. It doesnt matter if theyre busy or empty, its always the same. The traditional manager table visit doesnt seem to make any difference between. This was my last visit to this location.

The food was pretty good but the service was great! From the moment we walked in everyone was nice & friendly. My husband ordered a burger (well done) but he ended up with a medium rare burger that he didnt like. The manager was sincerely concerned, said a nice joke, made us feel valued and offered him something else. Got the bill and my husbands meal was free of charge.

We arrived Friday night about 8:30p. Food came out really fast after ordering. Fries were hot, however the burger and chicken sandwiches were barely warm. Obviously the meat had been precooked and our sandwiches were quickly assembled upon order. Quick service is appreciated but not at the cost of eating barely warm food. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Service was excellent,our server was Jon. Food was not so much. Egg on my royal red robin was hard,the whole point of an egg on a burger is the yellow goodness running all over it,so I ask for a different egg and this one comes out with the white runnier than the yellow. Not sure what happen last time I ate here it was excellent not so much anymore.

Weve been to many others that would let us eat on outside patio with are small dog, but this manager wouldnt. So we dont go there Any longer. Manager was not even willing to talk with us. We have small Russian toy that is 10 lbs, she doesnt bark and sits in moms lap. Wouldnt no has bothered anyone. But he wouldnt even come out to talk with us.

My wife and I love Red Robin, usually eat at the Carpenter Road location. Last night I ordered the yet to be named chicken sandwich. It was over cooked then left in the pass window too long. Tasted like it was made ahead of time. The fries were smashed into the silver ring as if they had something staked on top of them. Our server was good.

Service was horrible. Messed up 2of4 orders. Constantly forgot requests. Manager didnt seem to care. Waiter seemed over worked and too distracted. Past visits were as bad and restrooms are always nasty and not always working. Recommend traveling to the RR in Ypsilanti instead. We will from now on.

If you love gourmet burgers, salads and more... this is the spot to be!! One of the best burger spots in town! The restaurant atmosphere is the coolest and the service is fast, the people are friendly and the establishment is clean. An all around enjoyable dining experience. Kid friendly too!!

Absolutely AWFUL experience! The burgers were super greasy, the fries cold and the fish and chips were past the "fresh" smell. And, topping it off, we 3 adults were set in a section surrounded by the most unruly, obnoxious and noisy children! Wont be back

The fries and costs have changed, but this place still rocks! My friend works here and she is so kind. There are so many great old-time pictures on the wall, plus they play sports on TV. The bar is active too, and the burgers always taste perfect!

The food was good. I have had better fish & chips at other Red Robins. The waiter was great! The restaurant was dirty! It was a Saturday night but it needed a lot of attention and I havent seen a restaurant floor like that in quite some time.
