The most unprofessional customer service ever the cashier asked about 3 to 4 times if i wanted to place a order when i cleary said yes just a minute, then after my order was placed i just sat in silence and which I proceeded to ask the cashier was she going to tell me my total but no she wanted to rush me but then I had to wait on her on top of that after receiving my order my drinks were spoiled I asked if they had fresh tea and which her reply was are you going to wait after stating NO that they did not have fresh tea into which I proceeded to tell her yes I might as well wait 20 more minutes for my tea I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and practically 20 minutes for her to tell me my total on my order I work in the food industry as a assistant general manager and this was by far the poorest display of customer satisfaction had that employee work for me I would have terminated them on the spot if you are an employee who works in a restaurant late at night and dont like your job or take your job professionally then quit and do the rest of society a favor and remove yourself please i will be speaking to the general manager in the morning hopefully I dont get the same vibe as I did from the cashier if so that store has no hope for success

TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT THERE. I ORDERED 24 sliders a cup of water two large fries and a large Sprite they asked us to pull up so then they could fix our food and handle the customers behind us so I said okay after the two cars left that was about 10 minutes I was still pulled up waiting for at least another 10 minutes waiting. Before my food was even cooked I went inside while being pulled up to ask if I could get 8 of them without mustard and she said okay mind you when I went in there it smelled horrible it smelled like someone just peed all over the restaurant and nobody clean it up also when I went in there most of the employees were sitting at the tables doing nothing so I went back to my car and I sat there for about five six minutes more still waiting on my food after waiting those five six more minutes I backed back up to the window to see what was taking so long and she was packing all the food very slowly after getting our food I checked to see if I had the eight that I asked for with no mustard and I only had 4 which sucked because I was really hungry and I really hate mustard but my fries was hot so I guess that was only good part about it this restaurant sucks and never again will I eat here

Worst service Ive had in a long time. First, the total was $15.01, I handed her $16 and the cashier had to look at the receipt to figure out how much change to give me back. After placing the order I waited for more than half of my lunch break, only to learn that my meal has not even started being prepared and would have to wait a little longer. When I approached the counter to get my money back, I again, had to wait in a line behind all of the other people that were getting their money back because they never got their food either. The general manager, however, was very polite and running around not only cooking and preparing the food, but also working both the front counter and the drive through window as her employees stood around and watched her. She apologized for the awful service and offered me a free meal on her.

We went late at night after leaving the Georgia Dome. The night crew doesnt seem to work together nicely for example we ordered 2 cokes but they tasted like diet coke, went back to the counter and the cashier asked the ones in the back why is everyone saying the coke taste like diet, the drive thru girl said oh they had them hooked up backwards itll take a bit to run through...then smirked and said my bad. Like she was proud of withholding information.

Stay away from this location. Rude employees especially late evening. The drive thru attendant kept telling customers "our card machine is down cash only" I asked her why and she just said "its down with an attitude" The line was backed up around the building. Krystals you need better employees at this franchise your not getting my business here. This is unacceptable! Long waits rude employees

Took my family here tonight for a quick dinner and the service was amazing. Even though they were short staffed we still got our food quickly. The manager even gave my 5 year old daughters free ice cream cones. Food was well prepared and you could tell was made to order, not just sitting under the heat lamp.

Whomever is in charge of scheduling is an idiot. Two women working their asses off at noon for the lunch rush. I applaud these ladies for their hustle, but feel bad for them. The person in charge of running this place needs to take a class on productivity and demand!

Terrible. Didnt give me all my food. And half my food was wrong. Then no one would answer the phone. I called 3 different times. No one answered. The guy who took my order and gave me my food, his name is roman. Did a terrible job of taking my order.

The restaurant and bathroom were clean. The food was consistent with the little burgers I loved growing up. The staff at this particular location were especially friendly and eager to please. I would highly recommend!

Waited in the drive-thru for over 13 minutes just to be able to order, once i ordered i waited another 5 and it still didnt move. I was traveling and didnt feel like taking out 3 kiddos.

Wont let you plug in your laptop, even after I purchased food. I needed to fill out a form for summer camp for my son...had to drive to Panera Bread. Bad policy and I wont be back.

Slow food not fast food. Sat in drive thru line for more than 10 minutes. Only 2 cars ahead of me. One of the worst in the chain.
