I placed an order around 2pm for lunch. O ordered the hot and sour soup, 2 extra Shrimp spring rolls along with their General Tao Chicken lunch special. They informed me of the 45min wait which I was completely ok with. When the food arrived to me, the only item that was hot was the soup. They sent me EGG ROLLS instead of SPRING ROLLS; the over all ingredients of these rolls where NOT fresh at all. The filling(cabbage) had a rather ripe smell. The spring roll that came with my meal was also of poor quality. The woman whom I placed my order with decided to give me fried rice with my order even though I clearly stated I wanted WHITE STEAMED RICE. My General Tao Chicken lunch special entree(chicken) was also cold and cooked improperly. The batter in which they may have friend my meal I feel may have been old or even wet because my chicken had alot of unnecessary breading.. they offered to replace my meal in an hours time but as a "restaurant" OPEN FOR BUSINESS I believe they lack pride in their food and service. I also believe that if YOU CANT CREATE GREAT FOOD ON THE FIRST ORDER YOU NEVER DESERVED MY BUSINESSES... Its ALSO my belief that no matter how long youve been in business Once that bar of quality cannot be met You should become a customer rather than the vendor. My over all experience with this SPECIFIC RESTAURANT WAS VERY VERY POOR. I TRIED ALL THE FOOD AND THREW ALL THE FOOD OUT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR FOR THE SAME SERVICE THAT THEY SHOULDVE GIVEN THE FIRST TIME..

If I could give 0 stars and still write something, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with takeout/delivery. The lady that answers the phone could not be ruder if she tried. She took my order, did not seem to want to deliver to my address, then called back after I gave my information and completed to my order to let me know my card was declined. There is no way it could be declined, so I asked could I repeat the number. She very rudely told me no that I could call somewhere else. When I asked if she could read me the number, she again said no, there is no money. When I asked for her name she hung up. I am generally very patient but she was awful and screamed at me about her obvious mistake. If they didnt want to deliever to my address because it is out of their area(they have come here before) she could have just said that and not been such a hateful, rude, cant understand what I say woman.

Ordered soups and food. The soups arrived cold and the food was luke warm. Prices are expensive for the quality of food you get however the quantity wasnt bad. Wish i could give zero stars for customer service. The person answering the phone was rude and short with me. The delivery guy was also rude when asking how to find our apartment but maybe he was just stressed with today being a big day for deliveries. The worst part was the packaging for the food is completely inadequate. The food came in styrofoam take out containers where the bottoms had fallen out in the bag leaking food all over the containers below. This happened on two containers. All in all the food was okay. Its your standard MSG loaded Chinese fare and wasnt better or worse than you would expect. For a combination of reasons I would skip the Pagoda and try a place that cares a little more.

I loved this place until today. I ordered my food the person on the phone acted as if they could care less about what I was ordering, took my card number, and said see you in 45 minutes. Well over an hour and twenty minutes later I called and said hey I ordered my food and never received it. The same girl says whats your address I tell her and she says we dont have an order for that address. I say but you took my card number and said see you in 45 minutes. She repeats we dont have an order for that address. I say well Im going to check my card tomorrow and if I have been charged Im coming down there she said go ahead. So yeah these people shouldnt be in the business of customer service at all. BEWARE!

I have been having take out chinese all over this country, including NY and LA, and i can honestly say i was just just delivered the WORST shrimp and broccoli i have ever had. Swimming in a watered down, semi clear sauce were a few bits of rubber gaskets that were molded to resemble actual shrimp, generously covered by a commercial, probably canned (judging by the industrial cut) carrot broccoli mix that was half rotten - the broccoli crowns were actually mushy. Two days later I am still trying to recover, and the they are overpriced to boot. Do yourself a favor and JUST LOOK AT THE PLACE. Stay away!

On the good side, it was lightning fast from the time I ordered until the time I walked out with my take out. On the bad side, the dinner was supposed to come with shrimp fried rice, and not one shrimp for pea nor carrot was found (see photo)... And the rice wasnt even fried. They basically took steamed white rice and sprayed a little soy sauce on it to look like fried rice. Lame and bland. The rest of the food was pretty standard. Probably will think twice about going there again.

We ordered the fried rice, shrimp and another pineapple and shrimp. It was unevenly cooked and the shrimp and pineapple slightly dry but saved by the pineapple. We called in to pick up, when we arrived they mistook my order for one. They brought the second plate to the car 5mins later. Probably would order again if I wanted a cheap meal to last or something. Theyre in to-go boxes so you get a fulll plate.

The food is always really good. A big enough portion for 2 to share seriously. If u and the other person can agree on the same thing, ORDER JUST ONE DISH or you will be wasting money. Anyway I dont like the guy's customer service becuz he rushes u to order ugh if it wasnt for him, they'd get 5 stars but customer service is everything. Great food, good price, ugly customer service

This restaurant offers a diverse selection of chinese-american favorites, as well as a tasty menu of Thai dishes. I was pleasantly surprised with the ingredients, especially with such a small restaurant. I see many negative comments for this restaurant but Ive only had positive experiences, having ordered Thai Curry fried rice twice - once for pickup and once for delivery.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant ever!!!! I had ordered two house fried rice, substitute pork for beef. when it came both were filled with pork one shrimp in each one of them and I swore the rice was spoiled, I called back to complain and they took the cooks word over mine and said they put 5 shrimp on both rice. I will never eat there again.They are so cheap

Please do not order from here. The delivery guy and female are very rude. I waited an hour for my delivery and I only work five mins away. I decided to cancel my order because the woman was very rude. She came to my job pointing her fingers in my face and Was very rude. Needless to say I never received my refund or food. Please dont come here
