The general manager ALMA is a rude b***h and has no regards for her customers at all nor does she care about how we feel about the crappy customer service here. I ordered delivery twice in a row one night and a second night the guy showed up literally bammimg on my door like he was a police officer. It was the same guy that had delivered to my place the night before and he didnt knock like that so this time it seems like it was intentional for whatever reason and he had no reason to bam on my door like that because I always answer on the first knock because I literally see them pull up from my window. I called and told the general manager about this and her only response with was, "The goal is to deliver the food". The b***h did not apologize for the crappy service at all and was extremely rude over the phone! So guess what? I definitely wont be spending money at this pluckers ever again! I would normally spend an average of $30 per night when ordering food from pluckers but now you just lost a regular customer.

I have always liked pluckers. The food is good and service is decent. However, I do not go there very often. I went to eat at pluckers after a football game and had a so so experience. (Orders were wrong and half of the table got their food before the other half...we were done eating before their food came.) Then after leaving, realized a few days later that they had charged my card twice for the price of the meal. I called and spoke with the manager about this. They took my name and number and said it would be fixed within a couple of days. (Every member of our party had the same thing happen.) It has now been almost 2 months and my moneys was never refunded. I have called several times and have never gotten anything accomplished. I will not be going back again.

ohhhhhmg pluckers.. their wings are basically the greatest food on earth. I have yet to taste chicken that tastes as good as theirs. I go here AT LEAST 3 times a week, its so addictive! my go to meal is the boneless wing basket with medium sauce and waffle fries (for $9.80!? you just cant beat that). they always make the food right and the waiters / waitresses are super friendly. after a long night of adventures in tigerland nothing quite hits the spot like it. they have lots of good specials and you have to try the fried oreos! #greatestfoodever

Great food at a great price and only walking distance from Tiger stadium. Came here prior to kickoff and definitely was not dissapointed. Got the patty melt and some wings and left full and ready to watch my Tigers! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone making the trip out here for an LSU game.

Overpriced, though to be fair so are all wing joints these days, oversalted, overcooked. Ive got better places to spend my money and I dont need the sodium overload. I prefer to just make buffalo wings at home where theyre fresh, juicy, and less expensive.

Good food for the price, the boneless wings are more like chicken tenders. Atmosphere is pretty good, but the server wasnt that great. Cut me off a few times and was very scattered. Spent more time talking to young girls than running his tables

I enjoyed lunch at Pluckers. We had a group of 5 people from work and there were a few booths large enough to accommodate all of us. Nice selection of wing sauces and the home made chips were a good side with my strips. Good value-

Horrible service. Dont ever try to place a to go order because they wont be able to take your order. Calling past 11 pm feels like trying to order a milkshake a fast food place. Someone will tell you there computer system is down.

Bad experience. Bartender refused to take my order @ 1:30 am. Before asking what I was ordering he assumed I wanted to order food on the bar side when all I wanted was a Flaming Dr. Pepper. Not a happy customer.

Its wings are really very good. If you go out together with friends, its a good option to have and you can get 50 wings for 25$, which is cheap for 7 people. Have a large appetite? Go for it.
