So to start the ramen had no flavor at all which was sad considering the reviews were pretty good here. I ordered a small level 2 ramen and I didnt even taste the spice at all. The shrimp tempura was decent they dont use a traditional batter but rather a fried batter. The sauce they gave however was not tempura sauce it was soba sauce which confused me. All in all the food was only ok and the wait staff was alright. I did however hear them asking people to write yelp reviews for them in exchange for ice cream than made the customers show them the review and read it in front of them which was really awkward.

Been here a few times. Really good ramen. They only serve one type of broth on small or large size but just introduced a black sesame oil and a white one. The broth has really good flavor and the chasu is tasty. Extra chasu comes seared which I didnt like. The big thing I dont like is that it doesnt come with an egg. That is extra but its a whole egg not a half. If you order extra noodles its basically another full orders worth of noodles so you gotta be hungry to get that. Really small parking lot.

The soup base has excellent flavor. The Charsu is a little on the fatty side compared to other places. I like that they give you a lot of noodles, but a little shy with the Charsu. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I like the colorful interior. The ice cream macaroon are pretty good too. Would definitely come back.

Decent ramen. Noodles are a little soft for my taste. The non-spicy broth is paradoxically rich but light on flavor. You dont get much in the way of toppings: seaweed, scallions, and pork of your choice. Anything else, such as an egg or bamboo shoots, comes extra. The sesame chicken came out crispy and tasty.

Ramen is pretty good. Not the best I have had locally, but definitely not bad. I really like that you can pick the level of spiciness you want. I feel that even the spiciest level isnt all that bad, so if you really like spicey food getting their spiciest level wont ruin the soup for you.

One of the better ramen spots in the SGV. Their tonkotsu broth is really creamy which might throw some people off initially but I thought it was good. The broth is still savory and all of the tonkotsu and egg are well marinaded. They also have macron ice creams which are awesome.

My first time here and the food was great! The soup base was balanced and no need to refrain from drinking the soup. The noodles were made well without being too tough or soft. And having the build your own ramen was great and it filled me perfectly and Ill be sure to come back!

Great tonkotsu broth. Very fatty and full. Noodles used are the thicker kind, more like Ajisen rather than Shinsengumi. Option for combo with side dish like fried rice, sushi and takoyaki.

Great service! They offer select fountain drinks (canned), add-in options for your meal, and dessert flavors. Food was not too salty. Music is not loud and area is well lit.
