I placed an order from your store in Roswell, GA. When I got there I was told that they tried to contact me because they were out of steak and that they substituted it for chicken. They never called or emailed me but I told them that it was fine. I grabbed my order and left. I got in my car, left, decided to check my order and saw that EVERYTHING about it was wrong. No kimchi in my Kickin Kimchi and only a handful of spinach (I subbed spinach). My second order, Spicy Soba with Substitute Steamed Shrimp had no shrimp, barely any vegetables, and cold clumpy noodles. I go back to the store to tell them what happened. After telling what happened the cashier tells me, "So what you want a refund?" No form of apology or nothing. I say yes because at this point I do not want anything BUT my money. She goes to the back to get someone else. I tell them what happened. They tell me that they cannot refund one of my orders because I hate half of it. I took maybe two bites before I realized ALL of what was missing from my order. I told her this. She told me that she made my order that it could not possibly be wrong. Basically accusing me of lying. She said that she could only refund half of my order. I agreed but was not pleased with that. She told me that I had to wait because she had to do it online. So while Im sitting and waiting I hear both girls mumbling. One saying "Does it look like I care?" So I told her that I do not care if she cares just give me my money. The other girls comes from the back telling me that I need to leave before she calls the police. As Im leaving shes (the girl from the back) is calling me all sorts of names. This was my first and last time ever eating there.

Stay away from this place! It used to be halfway decent about a year ago. My last two experiences have been HORRIBLE! They are VERY inconsistent. One day your meal is spicy, the next day its sweet, then its burnt, then the rice is dry. My meal today was missing green peppers. How the f--k do you forget to add those in a meal that consist of 3 things... THREE THINGS! Chicken, onions and green peppers. That pissed me off so bad. I called Tin Drum to speak to the manager and the guy says "There is no manager." Im like... are yall just running the place with no kind of leadership? WTF. This was my last try with this place. You couldnt pay me to go back. Save your money. Youd be better off going to Kroger and getting a f--king Healthy Choice meal. The portions are about the same and you might even get more chicken. This place blows. Youve been warned!

This location was our second time dining with Tin Drum. Our first encounter was the location off of Barret Parkway in Kennesaw. We were not very impressed with that location. Since we were in the Roswell/Alpharetta area, we decided to give it a go again. This location had great customer service and the food was better this time around. I ordered exactly the same dish, Pad Thai, as last time. It wasnt heavily sauced and had more bean sprouts, shredded carrots and peanuts. Not to mention the entrée was bigger. Maybe since the other location had a grand opening week, they were still working out the kinks. When we went there last Saturday to try it again, they had shut down. Glad we knew where the Alpharetta location was so that we could try it again. Employees were super friendly!!

This location has been on a steady decline for some time now. If you have been to any other tin drum and are expecting a similar awesome experience with great food, prepare to be disappointed. This location is awful. The staff is never friendly and they can never get an order correct. I tried to give them a second chance but after messing up my order twice by putting meat on it and correcting it by simply taking it off the plate I am done with them making me sick because of this. I have been a vegetarian for many years due to medical reasons and always go through every precaution to make sure it is safe to eat but was lied to by the staff and given attitude when I was concerned. If I could give them less stars I would.

Good Asian bowls, Pad Thai, Saigon Bowl, Basil Fried Rice. Quick and clean. Very casual. Child friendly. Several ice teas available Asian flavored. Only negative. Young food runner, almost running to deliver bowls. Noodles hanging off bowls. Almost dropping them.2nd trip she bring crispy 3 Pots tickers in plastic tray with dipping sauce. This does spill. After my hubs was finished, she grabs his bowl, runs back , grabs the plastic boat, doesnt ask us, if we were finished , there was half a pots ticker left..spills the soy all over. Still doesnt acknowledge us at all. Comes back with rag to clean up. What is this service level !!

Update 6-19-2017: Things have really improved! Weve been trying them out again and are impressed with the changes. Edgar at the front always provides a warm welcome (we missed him) and the cooks seem to have stepped it up. The new menu seems to provide some excitement, but I still think some creativity could be given to the kids menu. ----------- What changed? The quality of the food has just fallen off for some reason. Weve been disappointed each of the last few times hoping it would getting better, but again today the order was wrong and didnt taste the greatest. BTW, bring back the full childrens menu.

Roswell location tin drum is by far the WORST. I used to dine here at least 3 x week for lunch. After a while ,under old management, orders was ALWAYS WRONG even with clear instructions. After 5th mess up and speaking with management decided not to return. Months later, I was informed that location was under new management. Visited twice Saturday 1/28, they RAN OUT OF RICE by 3 pm ?!???!?? and today 1/30 there was only a limited supply of options due to lack of inventory. This location is giving company a bad name and corporate office needs to get this adjusted ASAP. THANKS FOR WASTING TIME OUT MY LUNCH

Never again. Used to be good. Ordered Pad Thai at 12:00 noon and walked to Subway at 12:30 (food had not arrived). Lots of call-in/internet orders were being serviced while all eat-in customers were just sitting around waiting. Servers didnt seem the least bit concerned and simply didnt respond when I asked them a direct question after 25 minutes (How long will it be?). Thought I was in a parallel universe. Sign at cash register listed 7-10 items that were not available (shrimp? chicken?) Appears to be some type of management change in the last few months.

Tin Drum, recipe wise, is a very great place to eat.... But, this particular one down the street from me seems to be stagnant in consistently giving whats on the menu.... "Were out of this" or "Were out of that" is statement heard too often to a hopeful regular like myself... How great of service could you have if whats on the menu is not available to order? Rice of all things is not something a Tin Drum should ever lack... I guess cross your fingers before you order...
