I LOVED IT, THEIR SERVICE IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I APPROVE OF! I WENT TO GET FOOD I WAS IN SUCH A BAD MOOD TODAY DIDNT GET TO EAT LUNCH TILL RIGHT NOW 530PM SO I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE TIME AND I ASKED FOR ALOT OF FOOD BUT DIDNT REALIZE I WAS MISSING MY COOKIE, (JUST A COOKIE) I WAS DRIVING OFF AND WHAT DO I HEAR SOMEONE SCREAMING STOP WAIT I LOOK BACK THIS STAFF WORKER RAN TO MY CAR TO GIVE ME MY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE I WAS LAUGHING OUT OF PURE FEAR AND AMAZMENT I THOUGHT I WAS ABOUT TO GET MUGGED NOW WHAT MADE MY DAY IS THAT AS I WATCH HIM LEAVE HES ENTERING THE DRIVEWAY WINDOW TO GET BACK INSIDE

Its pretty much your general Panera Bread, but with a Drive Thru. The food is great, but theres nothing different from any other Panera around. The seating setup is about the same too, but thats not the reason to goto this location. This Panera has a Drive-Thru which is awesome! Theyre not as quick as other fast food places, but that should be expected and theyre not really slow. Keep in mind that if you go late (during/after dinner time), they may be out of the soup or broth bowl that you wanted. That happens often here. That small fact aside, you cant go wrong with good quality food and not have to leave your car.

It was terrible! They burnt the sandwich really bad and when I requested a new one, the lady gave me a dirty look. When the new sandwich was made, she threw the plate on the counter, pointed at the burnt one and told me me "you go throw that in the garbage" and gave me a look again then walked away like a snobby brat. Im usually pretty understanding of restranaunt workers because I used to work in one and I know that its important to have a positive attitude but it is not MY job to throw the bad sandwich away since it wasnt my fault in the first place.

If i could id give this a half a star. This Panera bread has very VERY POOR customer service! My pastries were thrown down in a bag, they didnt respect my food enough to put it in the Panera bread pastry sleeve. They gave me a soda that was a bit rusted around the cap with glass chipped off and in the soda. When I went back to the establishment I was met by a crude Manger (without her name tag) that seemed bothered by my request for a replacement soda.

horrible customer service. a bunch of teenagers working there. waited ten minutes for my order. also i got brocc and cheese soup, all it tasted was black pepper to cover up the old soup taste. disgusting and my sandwhich wasnt even wrapped. it fell on my lap, all over place. i made a statement at window. the lil brats didnt care and closed the window!!!!!! i will never go to this location again!!!! NEED NEW EMPLOYEES! !!!!!

Quick service. I used the take out option by ordering online and the food was ready and still warm when I got there. I dont like how they just leave it out on a counter for anyone to touch and the whole idea works off an honor system. The food is always good though. It is tough getting out of the parking lot sometimes though.

Ive gone to this Panera multiple times. They are quick, reliable, and tasty. Only complaint is that the cooking staff speaks Spanish to to each other and largely ignores the customers, which feels unprofessional and rude when youre waiting for your food, but its still a great fast casual location.

Excellent in its category and one few places where I know Ill get a healthy meal every time. The drive thru is a bonus! Perfect for picking up lunch on my way to work. I especially like the Thai chicken salad with black bean soup - neither selection is easy to find anywhere else.

Food is good, but inconsistent - In a Chipotle chicken avocado melt i couldnt see avocado at all one day. Service sucks, racist treatment felt from a service lady. Also because they have a drive through not focusing dine in service properly.

I ordered a chicken avocado melt from here and it had one piece of small avocado. Carlos the gentlemen taking my order seem very confused. The sandwiches werent wrapped proper. Check your order before leaving

Not the best food Ive had at a Panera Bread. Not sure if they were off today or Panera has gone down hill. The salad and soup were much smaller than they used to be and both had barely any chicken in them.

Expensive but really good food. One of the few paneras with a drive through. Nice space inside to study with plenty of outlets and a small seating area under an electronic fireplace. Nice staff.

Not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Food came out fresh and service was on par. More attention is needed on removing the pile of dishes by the garbage, as well as refilling the iced teas.
