No customer service. ABSOLUTELY RUDE. They have takeout menus with EXPIRED coupons right on their takeout stand. When a friend and I asked about a price with our coupons they manager was rude and started yelling at us. Saying we can the slight discount (which we were shown no proof of) or pay full price. We will NEVER come back here again.

This is one of the good ones if you have a choice between the Damascus, MD location and this one, choose this one. They treat their customers great even when they are wrong (I witnessed the incident waiting for my own pizza). Would recommend them as they have good customer service and food.

Something wrong with the pizza. We bit into it awful! It had a strange odor. Waitress smelled it as well. We paid for bread sticks ...they said it was probably old dough. It was gross..waitress was kind but management should have addressed the issue. Wont ever go back,

Food was absolutely yummy and fresh. Appetizer and pizzas were served right out of the oven, nice & hot as its supposed to be! The service was quick, friendly and courteous, which is something thats hard to come by anymore. We enjoyed our visit here very much!!

OK service and prices. Staff is .. OK as well. Its pizza hut, there are better places in Mount Airy to go if you want Italian unless its late evening or some other time other places are closed.

Slow service!! Only one waitress and there were 4 tables sat. Didnt take long to get my drinks or order in but took a while for the salad. Friendly staff.
