I used to get food all the time on the way home from work, since its by my house and the food is ok (like a C+) but I never will again since they committed credit card fraud. We had food delivered one day, it was $46, plus an $8 tip, total $54. Well when I checked the CC statement they charged us $101! What happened was the manager put through the total as the tip (a $54 tip!!!) and pocketed the difference. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they gave us the run around for 2 weeks. Some excuses we got -- the manager will call you (was told it was a man), the manager is running late today (was told it was a woman), its impossible because the drawer wasnt over (tips dont count toward the drawer, nice try though), the manager is on vacation, we dont know for how long, etc, etc. So finally just disputed it with the CC company. Low and behold, the transaction mysteriously disappeared on their end, they couldnt prove the order ever occurred, so it was all refunded. Obviously the manager made that little dip into the till go away... Too bad they got greedy and lost a 3 year customer!

I decided to try this place for the first time because it was close to my house and the last place I tried was gross. I looked up their website and ordered Delivery for me and my kids. it was super easy and super affordable. then I waited without really knowing what to expect. it arrived in about 40 minutes. good thing I didnt wait til the kids were starving. the delivery guy was nice. I ordered the kids chicken and rice and a General Tso dinner plate. the kids chicken and rice is just chicken fried rice. and the general tso was really good for the price. I liked it because there wasnt too much breading on the chicken. they also threw in a cheese puff, which I wasnt expecting. that was good too. it was a good portion; enough for leftovers. it wasnt as good as Panda Garden, but better than Hunan Hut on Breaswood and for the cheaper price, it wasnt bad at all. Id say this is definitely my new Chinese delivery place. Thanks Hunan King!

The food tasted like cheap chines food not enough vegs, very greasy. If you pay with a credit card they close to double charge you! You may as well go to FUNGS KITCHEN this is Authentic Chines food off of 59 south and its 100% BETTER, the price is close to what Hunan King charges. The (lunch hour) waitress is very rude, she has no coustomer service skills, and does not make you feel welcomed at all. I would understand if the place was packed and it was the middle of lunch rush hour but it was after 1:00pm and only 2 coustomers in this dirty place. SO IF YOU WANT OVER PRICED CHEAP CHINES FOOD THROWN AT YOU BY A BITCHY WAITRESS THEN YOUR AT THE RIGHT PLACE! By the way this is my first and last visit, we all work hard for our money and so should they!

Weve ordered from here for the last 6 or so months now. Its always been pretty great on service and the food. Today was the first time it wasnt however. Mainly due to the person who delivered. It was over an hour wait and when we got our food it was lukewarm. The eggrolls were chewy as well as the food not tasting up to their normal standards. Then to top it off, my change was 15.00 and the delivery guy wanted to only give me 10 back and get 5 for his tip. I normally tip 2 to 3 dollars on deliveries, thats it. This person acted as if something was wrong with me for not letting him dictate what I tip. And then the food being how it was.. well, I may not order from this place for a while if I do again.

If i could given them no stars i will i used to love yhe food from this place but rhey have no respect for their costumer, the manager Wu or Lu hang up the phone in front of me to another costumer and did a hand gesture like "whatever dont have time for you".The girl in front was new and the guys were just standing around while she was runnin like crazy and they mess up my meal and their driver refuse to delivered again and when i call they hang up on me so i when to the restaurant i have to wait 30 more minutes to get the right food hand it to me .Overall dont eat at this place pick anothet chinese restaurant because they have no respect for they costumer.

This place is absolutely awful. Everything from customer service to food quality. Its pathetic. A sad excuse for fried rice that they charge you $1.50 for. Its not even fried. Its basically rice and soy sauce. No egg no vegetables. General Tsos beef was disgusting. Soggy. Flavorless. Tasted like sweat smells. The delivery driver was given a full address but still couldnt manage to find the business location. Even though he was IN the parking lot. Its pretty clear everything is under a heat lamp and flash fried based on how quickly the driver called. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is my first time ordering and it is not what I expected. The food is lukewarm and I was surprised at how fast it got here. It only took them like 7 to 20 mins to get here after i had just called. The driver said it was because they were slow but then the food should have been hot. We are only about ten mins away for the food to have gotten cold that quick. Also, it was all very bland and soggy. They should have fresh food available. I am most definitely not ordering from here again!!!!

I used to love this place, especially the dumplings. That has changed. I ordered the steamed pork dumplings, bbq ribs, and sesame chicken dinner special. I did not get the soup that comes with the special. The dumplings were just bad and obviously frozen. When I opened the boxed they smelled funny. The ribs were tough. The sesame chicken wasnt terrible, but not as good as it used to be. They delivered very quickly, hence the 2 stars, but I wont be ordering again.

Damn a bunch of damn hater posting, you loser most not be from the area. Best asain food within that area code bar none. They dont have to be fancy and extravagant cause the youd really be charged morefo sure. Make sure to keep mind the time for there specials so you wont complain on prices like the rest of theses losers that expect jazz hand and all that other BS materialistic closed minded people expect. I had a large roach in my rice.... I spent $25 on my entire meal and when i returned the food the owner tried to give me 10 bucks and make me keep the other stuff.... He was so hard up for my hard earned money.... I hated it because i had eaten at this place so many times.... Never again.

Ordered food at 8:30pm on the Yelp app for delivery to my home. Something must have gone terribly wrong as they did not deliver until 10:00pm. In the interim, I called the restaurant several times to get an explanation for the delay, but no one would answer. Unacceptable.
