How does this place have such a high rating? We just tried it today, because we love Pho and Vietnamese Cousine. This place is conveniently close, so we had to check it out. When we entered the restaraunt nobody greeted us, so we took the menus ourselves and sat down at a table we liked. In general, the service was lacking. The lady serving us was not very nice and never checked how we were doing. So we ended up getting up several times and finding her to get something. We got soup Pho, and they didnt bring us enough greens. Most of the greens were old (parsley was black on the side and bitter). The worst thing about the restaraunt is that my wife saw the server lady get the sprouts from the bag with her bare hands right after she touched someones credit cards. I guess they dont wash hands here when they work with food. This is disgusting and it almost made me puke. I feel sorry for this family run restaraunt, but they need to setup up their game by doing the following things: * Be nice to your clients. Dont just bring us a check, say "ok", and then leave. Ask us how we liked it or at least smile... * Throw away old products... dont feed them to your customers. Yes, greens go back quickly. Eat them yourself if you cannot throw it away... * Finally, the people who work with food need to follow rules of hygiene. Servers should NEVER touch the food. The whole place can be shut down just because of this... Overall the pricing is reasonable, but honestly in the Buford Highway area the prices are the same, but products are fresh, people are nice and I hope they dont touch food with their dirty hands...

5/21 Update: Weve come back and the last 3 times have been a success. They were there for lunch and operating normally. They even picked up the phone to take our order in advance when we called. Hope this continues. Updated to a 4/5 star. Will update to a 5/5 star if they continue to be consistent. Original Review: I can agree with that guy Chase Hammond about their operations. Their Pho is delicious and I like going here for lunch, when they are actually there and open. Their hours on the door say 11:30am and our team likes to go here for lunch but the past few times they were completely closed and they dont show up till later. They also never pick up their phone so good luck trying to place an order ahead of time. Ive never been during dinner time but I can tell you that trying to eat here during 12pm-1pm lunch breaks will be very difficult. I dont understand how someone can run their business like this. At least change your operating hours to something accurate for the customers. Our team as well as others will show up and when we see they are closed we leave with disappointment. Theyre losing valuable customers because of this.

Every item we ordered was delicious. we had a grilled pork banh mi, in which the bread was lightly toasted to perfection & the meat was definitely of good quality & not overdone. We ordered a grilled chicken com which came with beautifully decorated steamed rice & a tasty sauce to dip the chicken. We ordered a large bowl of beef ball pho & finished every last drop of it. Lastly, for dessert, we ordered a pineapple smoothie. This smoothie is the most delicious smoothie Ive had in my life!!!! As a visitor to this city, I am very sad to leave such a tasty place like this, but on the next trip to Atlanta, we will go out of our way to make it back here!

This is a fantastic little spot. I frequent this place quite often (3 -5 times a month). The lady (maybe the owner?) is so nice and cute. She remembers all of her regulars and greets them graciously every time they come in. The food is great too. I love that I am able to get a really delicious (and large) bowl of Pho without having to drive down to Buford Hwy. Its just as authentic and stands its ground against other Vietnamese places that are known around ATL, like Pho Bac for example. Other items on the menu are great too.... STOP READING REVIEWS ON THE PLACE AND GO ALREADY!! :)

I stop here whenever Im in the area. Its attached to a gas station and doesnt look like much, but dont let that fool you. The food is AMAZING! Really authentic, big portions, and pretty cheap. Its run by an extremely nice older Vietnamese couple who just cooks recipes that has been in their families for generations. I usually get the Tom Yum chicken, Huyong chicken, or Basil Chicken, but Ive never had anything that wasnt amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Its a must-have.

This is a little gem of a restaurant run by a charming husband and wife team. The place gets packed at lunch and with just the two of them there can sometimes be a wait, BUT the food is well worth waiting for. Their Banh-Mi sandwiches are delicious. Their Pho is excellently flavored and their salads and fish are the freshest you can get in the area. Their spring rolls with peanut sauce are the best Ive had in Atlanta. 5 stars for wonderful food and wonderful owners.

This place is amazing, WHEN ITS OPEN! The past FOUR times Ive gone to eat there during the week for lunch they have not been open. Even though their hours specifically state theyre open for business @ 11:30 Ive been there around 12:15 each time and their doors are shut.....VERY DISAPPOINTING. FURTHER REVIEW - I have not had any issues lately with them being open. Still frequent this place at least once a week and continue to love their pho.

Ive been visiting pho restaurants for years, mainly on Buford Highway and a few places in Gwinnett County...what a wonder to find this little restaurant in Roswell. I wont say its the best ever, but the spring rolls were very fresh and the seafood pho very good. It is very small, only 10-12 tables or so, but the service was great and the manager/owner made rounds periodically to ensure customers satisfaction. I am definitely going back!

Though, Google Maps shows this place as close, it is most assuredly open. Well, except for Sundays. The food is above average with some standouts such as the pho, lemon grass chicken, and basil stir fry. The atmosphere is a bit crosded, so we try to go slightly off peak. I like eating dinner at either 5 or 8 so this works for me. The prices are fantastic and if you the area, they will even deliver!

Very very fresh food! So very good! Pho is all wonderful. Need a new taste sensation? Lamb spring rolls!!!! excellent all around***** this is a tiny restaurant and shares a roof with a gas station. I expect food this good to be in a fancier place, garden seating etc. Forget all that and just let the many complex flavors wash over you!! So very pleased! My family will be back often.
