We ordered here last week Togo. I ordered a buffalo ranch wrap for my daughter and when she took a bite she found a bug inside of her wrap. I called the manager who asked for us to bring it back for them to see. When I returned, she said, "yep, thats a bug". She was very apologetic and issued a $25 gift card for our next visit. Tonight we decided to give them another chance. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger which didnt have bacon on it, instead they put the bacon and cheese on the fries. I also ordered the buffalo ranch wrap again and wanted a side of ranch instead of the salsa that comes with the tortilla chips. They instead put salsa on my wrap. Which I do not like and this is the reason I asked for the ranch to begin with. Im not sure what is going on at this location but the food quality has went way down. We have ordered here in the past and yes with some hiccups.. but the food is usually good. So unless youre getting wings. Dont order here until they can get there staff back up to par.

Nice atmosphere to watch sports. Thats about it. The food is good, but the wings are a little pricey. About 2 dollars per wing. Their snack size traditional Wings is 5 count for 10 dollars and change. All the seats are hard wood with exception to the booths, so bad backs be aware. Love the atmosphere! Better for drinks and a snack, not meals.

Overpriced. The waitresses pad your bill with nickel and dime items, give your kids adult drinks instead of kid drinks and charge you for them and talk your kids into more expensive meals. Then, when your meal comes after everyone else is done eating, not offer any remedy. $63 for wings, fries, water, for 1 adult and 3 children.

$$$$$ HATE THE REMODEL! Very claustrophobic, not airy, not open. Do not like the patio either, facing north makes no sense! Its Ohio for God sake! The cashier told me they were due for a remodel, thank God I hope they change things back! I get how expensive it is because of the overhead but really, its downtown Massillon.

Typical bar food. Decent wing flavors. Burgers are so-so. Kind of pricey for what you get. Management is not friendly. A better place for good quality/good priced food is the Firehouse Grille and Pub about 2 blocks from here. They value your business unlike Buffalo Wild Wings.

The prices have definitely gone up but Buffalo Wild Wings is a very quality experience. Caribbean Jerk sauce is something Buffalo Wild Wings has down. This location had some talent on the serving staff as well. The bartender was very helpful as well. Go here and see.

Terrible service. Our server was on her phone while I could see her. Our food came out the same time a 6 top party did, we only had 2 people. I work at a restaurant so I know terrible service. Im never coming back here again. Freaking horrible service.

Food was as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings but the staff was great. They were able to accommodate a large group of basketball players and there parents with little notice, and did it with a smile!

Love this BW3s! Service is always good and the food is excellent. I have been to many different BW3s, this is always my favorite. There is one closer to where I live but I make the drive to come here.

Terrible food to expensive, drinks cost to much and the pigeon wings cost way to much, the sauces are ok. Ive had wings twice as big taste a hundred times better for a lot less.

Obviosly not the spot to go just for the food unless you r dying for some wings. But if u are going for football or UFC this is the best spot ever! Best wings hands down!!
