I will never go back to this KFC, reason I purchased a three piece white meat and a biscuit on 05/24/2016 between the hours 7 and 7:30 (Drive Thru). I work in the area and this was on my way home, I live about 25 min away. After getting home the chicken was so dark it looked like it was cooked in burnt oil. After returning to work 05/24/2016, I called the manager on duty, and I explained the condition of my chicken and she asked if I got a receipt, I told her No I didnt have one. The manager said she would look at the camera and she would call me back, and she did. She advised me to come and get my order. After going back to get my order, the manager told me next time I would need a receipt or, bring the chicken back. Well I kept the chicken in the refrigerator, and I will bring it back tomorrow. Before leaving I felt that I was being called a liar when they are the ones that sold me food that was clearly burnt. The manager was unprofessional and rude and she needs to be replaced.

Went there to get our usual order for a larger crowd. The woman at the drive through thought we said "a number 6" when we said no such thing. We ordered 2 tenders meal and had a coupon for something else. When we got to the window they gave us 2 drinks (with what we ordered we didnt think drinks came with it) so we questioned the drinks and lets just say they scolded us for "not saying the right thing". Even if we did order two #6s, she didnt ask what drinks we wanted or how many pieces we wanted. Once that was all fixed (about half hour after we got there) everything was fine. Until I got home and finished the drink they wrongly gave us, I found a soaking wet receipt at the bottom of my cup. Couldnt believe the unprofessionalism we experienced at this KFC. Never ordering from there again. Throughly disgusted by this restaurant.

The worst fast food restaurant Ive ever been to, literally slowed down our whole work day between me and my boss we stopped in and there where only 4 people at tables in the store with food eating already, we placed our order and waited 20 minutes then had to bring receipt up and ask and they made our food while we watched them wih no care and he staff was disgusting, cleanliness wise. The soda machine had no ice AND every single drink was flat and gross. The guy who came in behind us got a 5$ full up and sat there forever and then got s refund. They offered the food back and his refund and he turned down the food and took his money very unpleased and left. My food was disgusting and my boss ate one night of his chicken nuggets and threw them away because they where old and gross. Doesnt even deserve one star

The worst experience ever. We sat in the drive thru lane for over 30 minutes on Saturday July 6th. Once we finally got to the window, no one greeted us. An apology would have been nice. Sorry for the wait, be right with you Nothing was said. This was the KFC located on Glade Road. Guy finally came to window and was about to give us the wrong order. Our order was small and he was about to hand us a large bag of food. Once we got our correct order the chicken strips were over cooked. Sorry to say we wont be back to this location and thats a shame because this location is on the way to our boat marina

stopped there mar.27/16 at 7.30 pm only to find out they had no chicken breasts left and will we take legs and thighs to fill our bucket instead the same thing happened in 2015 both times we left without ordering we were pulling a trailer and heading back to canada this makes it an inconvenience for getting off and on I75 we did luck out at exit 312 would have gave it a no star rating but it would not let me further more how can a chicken place have no chicken!!!!

I stopped going to this KFC cause their service is so slow I saw more then one employee just standing around talking to each other the last time I was there. They move at a slow pace, not good for a fast food restaurant. Customer service is very poor, I am a Manager and this is a training issue with upper management. Get with the program or you will lose more business. And get more of these reviews

This had got to be the worst kfc in Georgia. Simply renovating the building died nothing fur the horrible service. 2 hours prior to closing they are out of chicken.. So the young lady says it will be 8-10 minutes. 15 minutes later she Congress back and say about 7 more minutes! 25 total minutes to get a 4 piece. Everyone stands around. Mobile devices in hand and the customer sits and waits.

Is there a reason you got so cheap that you are they only KFC to not carry creamy buffalo sauce anymore!!!...this place lost my business! Go to any other KFC...Ive gone to the one off of Barrett and the one off of cobb pkwy and they got it and you keep telling me that KFC doesnt have it anymore. Give me a break...this place lies and is too cheap. Go anywhere else!

The staff was screaming at each other, my order was messed up and there was a receipt in the bottom of my drink cup which I didnt notice until my drink was almost gone and I took the lid off. So disappointed because Ive gone to this store before and had great service. Not sure what happened around 5:30 on Sunday, July 2nd. I will NEVER go back to there again.

I ordered the $5 Fill up box with 3 tenders and wedges. The chicken tenders were seriously terrible. Barely even any chicken in them. Theyre over cooked and dry as can be! And my wedges were shorted, of course! I had to ask for my reciept. Not impressed to be honest! I wish i had time to go back. What a waste of my lunch break.

This place is absolutely awful. We walked in and waited at least 10 min for someone to take our order before walking out with another gentleman behind us. All the while being yelled at from behind the counter from a female manager in red stripes with her hair in bun "were waiting on someone" as she walked with her back toward us.

Great service! We tried to order some crispy and they were out on it so the cashier gave us all free drinks! I would highly recommend this KFC to everyone. Try to get served by the young black man with a pig-tail. A+

Got an 8 piece bucket that smells like it was cooked in bad oil spent 50 dollars on meal my family could not eat. I also did not receive a receipt so I can take it back so now I am out my money and my food.
