Dont eat here!!! The manager is horribly RUDE!!! If you try to give her any feedback, she tells you to leave. She refuses to give any information about who owns this location or who her district manager is. Most likely because she doesnt want anyone to report her abusive treatment of customers. This place stinks inside, probably because they allow the local homeless guy to come in and use their garbage. Apparently, they wont let him eat there, but they do allow him to come in and stink up the place when you are trying to eat. This guy urinates himself and has been trespassed from other local businesses for exposing his penis and being physically aggressive,, but this KFC enables his criminal behavior.

Went through the drive up and ordered a 16-piece meal and a 9 piece chicken tender. Paid 45 some odd dollars just to get home and find out that they never charge me for the chicken tenders so then I had to drive a half an hour back out of my way to go get those. Not such a big deal but they couldnt even find a way to say sorry. And when we were there originally they kept telling us at 5 p.m. how much stuff they were out of. With the amount that this stuff costs, I rarely come here. I think Ill be coming here even less now.

Very rude drive thru cashier. She did not know which was cheaper 2 orders of the 10 pieces for $10 plus 5 sides or the 20 piece meal which comes with 5 sides. She said that she did not know and acted like I was holding up the line. Is it not your job to know? I know we are only talking about a few dollars but I just did not want to pay more than I had to. I dont think it was an unreasonable question. Watch out for this place, they will try to charge you more for the exact same thing. Very unprofessional!

Probably the worst kfc i have ever stepped foot in. Tables were gross. Noone was in the dining room. Mop water sitting in a puddle on the floor. Floor was black gross tile.you could see boot prints. Staff sucked. Im sorry to be a dick, but they need to restaff that store. Ill probably never go back. And ill go out of my way to ensure people know what a $%^&show this place really is.

Went in a snowy Friday afternoon for $10 chicken bucket. Was told it was $12 for mixed chicken, so I accepted that. It was not busy in the area, so I got my chicken within a few minutes. Chicken order was correct. Chicken tasted okay. So, overall average experience/service and average chicken. The dining area seemed clean enough, but then only a handful of customers in there.

Just like the place quite when I go but drive thur is always busy. And I they do deliver. I should look more closely at the sign in the drive thru. The did a great remodel. So try it out. Just remember that the drive way is shared by Taco Bell drive thru. So times it is trick getting out of it.

They closed up 10 mins. early and the Manager just stared at us while he ate in front of us, like we didnt matter. He needs to be replaced. Ya know what? maybe KFC is un-american and needs to be replaced! Chick a Fila, Popeyes chicken and chicken chipotle is way better!

I have been here multiple times over the years and almost every time the food was cold, the service was the slowest possible and a lot of the workers were just standing there with a restaurant full of people waiting for their meals.

Every single time i go i get the same thing. A mashed potato bowl no gravy extra chicken. There is never extra chicken when i get it and then they put like no mashed potatos. Not worth it go to another one.
