I wish I could give a negative 2 rude staff 2nd visit 1st time ordered a 1/2gal of sweet tea got it home it was unsweet labeled sweet this visit I ordered 1/2 gal fruit punch they didnt put the cap on and the whole bag wasted out on my car seat no biscuit with my 15$ order and 1 side missing i called and ahey said i will replace the side a biscuit and the fruit punch so as for enjoying the meal i have i front of me its a wrap since its only partially complete and that was my last visit to that location I hope Popeyes Corp. reads This and visits this location anonymously awful location P.S they close up 30 mins before time with a crowded drive thru it was 8:26pm and the doors were locked

This place has some of the worst customer service ever. I was asked to wait when placing my order, almost 5 min later I have to say hello so they can take my order. After I paid, I waited another 10 minutes before I got my food. She said it was because they had to cook my chicken tenders. Give me the option on if Im going to wait that long for chicken tenders I would have either order something else, or Nothing at All. When I finally got my food, I asked for blackened Ranch, she gave me the biggest attitude for asking for dipping sauce and honey for my biscuit. Popeyes has to be better than this....

I had 3 separate orders, the drive through person informed me he could only take 2 orders. My disappointment comes in because there was one car in front of me, no cars behind me, and there was no customers inside. When I got to the window he couldve taking my order then but instead I had to drive around a second time to place the 3rd order & all he could say was he was sorry. Terrible experience! Lack of common sense & customer service.

Wish i could put zero stars POS indian manager made wait 10 minutes for a shrimp Po boy then put the old shrimp from the tray on my sandwich!!! Not even mentioning the ive cold fries. What made the situation even worse is the fact that Muhummad argued me down about the sandwich and still didnt give me another one!!Will never eat here again you have been warned. Definitely reporting to corporate

Update: Still terrible and their PoBoy machine has not worked in several months. What machine is needed to make a PoBoy the world may never know. I love popeyes but this location is the worst in the country. Not once EVER have they gotten my order right. Check you food before you drive off. Also, Im from Chicago so it doesnt phase me but be prepared to deal with some nasty attitudes.

Horrible!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK THEY JUST HIRE ANYBODY OFF THE STREET. IVE BEEN HERE SO MANY TIMES AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WONT BE SURPRISED IF THEY SHUT DOWN SOON. GHETTO, RACHET, YOU NAME IT, THATS THEM!! NEVER IN MY LIFE. They have the nastiest attitude! I really dislike going to this restaurant, they were the closest to where I was is the only reason I went.They suck,this will be my absolute last time going there. The chicken was burnt and I was told by the manager that the grease is only changed twice a week. Uugh 2thumbs down. And if there were a negative 4star,They would have gotten it

I came late one evening as a last ditch effort to try to feed the family before I had to cook when I got home, and Popeyes came through like an old champ. I really appreciated the staff and management. Though it was close to quitting time the staff went out of there way to make sure everything I requested was delivered. And I truly thank them for this.

This place GHETTO! Horrible attitudes...also I ordered a 3 piece chicken and popcorn shrimp. They told me to pull up, would be about 15 mins for my order. Been waiting 20 mins and then a Popeyes associate came out and asked why was I parked along the curb....I thought for my food I ordered. He says, "What did you order?" I knew I should have went to BK.

Waited 15min in drive though had to park and go in side order 8 pieces with 2 large side 4 biscuits mild got home the chicken was spicy and old had to return to the store to speak with mgr in order to get the correct order as we was leaving we notice 2 other people returning with there food

TERRIBLE! The customer service at this location is the worst! They need to fire & hire a whole new crew I wish I could give this 0 stars. Both of the Popeyes Im close to have workers with bad attitudes idk if thats how you get a job at Popeyes but they need to fix that ASAP!

The chicken was very crispy and moist as well as very hot which is a good thing. Mashed potatoes go well with the slight spiciness coming from the chicken. Everything went smoothly and quickly in the drive through. One of my favorite places. Definitely recommend it.

I just went there and waited 45 minutes in line and when I got to the speaker box they didnt have what I wanted and they said it was going to be another 30 minutes before I get my food. I am highly pissed off and will be calling them first thing in the morning!

We came here 30 whole minutes before they closed, an entire half hour, and they said they had stopped making chicken and were out. That is ridiculous why stop making the food when people are still coming in the door horrible and annoying.

Ordered 2 chicken po boys and a small diet coke. After waiting 10 minutes we received a sweet tea and both positive boys only had one chicken strip instead of the standard two.....angry customer will not come back to this location.

ordered a 10 piece wanted dark meat but was told no substitutions- ok. the order I received was 5 wings 3 breasts and 2 thighs---6 burnt rolls and clod slay and potatoes. I cant even give them a 1. terrible to say the least.

Never been to this particular location. After reading the reviews, I will never go to this place. Let my comment be evidence that the Popeyes on East West Connector is definitely losing business over their performance.

Google showed them at 12: 00 close , but I got there at 11: 00, and the staff told me They got a new management and changed their business hour.if you really dont want to do business, please CLOSE. Dont waste our time!

If you go after 9 there computer is down. I have been on three occasions and each time the employees are standing outside smoking and playing in the back. Always run out of pieces Def worst location in the area.
