This Chik fil a on Austell Rd has really been slacking lately. Almost every time I go thru the drive thru my order is WRONG! It used to be my fave fast food spot until about 4 or 5 months ago when they changed management. And that sucks. One day I ordered my daughter an 8 piece nugget meal and didnt check the bag. So, I handed it to her and she discovered that it was a chicken sandwich and a fruit cup. So, I had to turn around and go back. When I made it inside, I noticed that the dude who was in the driveway in front of me had gotten the WRONG order as well. Apparently hed received my order and Id received his. OMG! Such a mix up that is happening quite often at this particular store. The only upside is that the food is still good once they get the order right.

Came to this location after out patient surgery. I ordered a spicy chicken delux sandwich. I got a regular chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I was unable to turn around and go back because of just having surgery. For the most part I am pleased with chick-fil-a.. But this is disappointing that it happened. The girl at the window did call my order out to me but my sandwich was at the bottom of the bag. My receipt said I ordered the spicy sandwich but that is not what I got. Tried for hour to call the store but there was no answer.

I Love Chick Fil A. Every one that I go to always has supreme service. I also love the fact that you never have to beg for extra napkins, or ketchup or sauces without paying extra 25cents. Everything is available for you to take as much as you need. And guess what? They can do that and still make a tremendous profit. They are a service driven instead of money driven business and still remain highly profitable. There are a lot of fast food restaurants that could benefit from their business model. Great Job Chick Fil A!

I love this place. The food and is consistently good. Inside is clean and service is quick very friendly. As the matter is fact Ive never seen a better service at a fast food place before and I tipped the cashier girl $3 for my $10 meal. And when you dine in there an old gentleman who works there of course comes and asks and talks to you which is lovely. I have nothing but great things to talk about this place. Keep up the good work and thank you for great experiences.

I love this Chick-fil-A location. The staff here is always very friendly. When I come for breakfast I almost always order something that isnt actually on the menu, and they are always so accommodating. The food is always fresh and the drive-thru is always fast even when they are super busy (which is almost always). I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A, but I HIGHLY recommend this particular location.

The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is friendly and smiling. When I met my daughter-in-law and two small grandsons there, they brought our food to the table and came by to check on us during the meal. Much more that the regular fast food joint. Very satisfied with our experience. I love the email "Insider Thursday" offers each week. Chick-fil-A has it together.

Always a great experience at this location. Now, with the app, food can be ordered and paid for ahead, and ready when you walk in. Its not pre-made but made after you arrive in the parking lot. Currently, you have to go inside to claim your meal--not a problem if eating in, but terribly inconvenient if taking home. Would be nice to be able to pick up in drive-thru.

I am a frequent customer but, the other day. I had gotten a salad and it was outrageous it was old salad and the salad was brown. I was extremely disappointed. This morning I came to found out that spicy chicken has been taken off the morning menu. They have lost a customer that was loyal and is now not anymore. This is extremely disappointing.,

I always have great service at this location. Everyone is friendly. The service is fast and they usually have the order correct. If they do make a mistake on the order, they are quick to make it right - and go above and beyond in fixing it! The dining area workers are very friendly and get to know the regular customers.

Why in the world yall have gone with the three different employees standing in the blazing sun with iPads route is beyond me. It seems to cause confusion and the wait is dramatically longer since you have implemented this strategy. No bueno keep it simple Chick-fil-A.

Order food for the whole family.... my wife got the #7 grill chicken sandwich a couple hour later she was throwing up 5/13/2017... she said the chicken was chewy.. they were very busy staff is nice but under cook chicken is very dangerous!
