I eat here often and also take coolers of chicken salad and pimento cheese to my family in Nashville. I have been a Chicken Salad Chick fan for several years and traveled to Auburn and the other Atlanta locations until hearing that a store was opening in Peachtree City. I never write reviews. I SHOULD write good reviews more often, so I will start by saying the food at this location is delicious, the restaurant is kept clean, and I enjoy eating here. This morning, however, one of the employees was so rude, I am writing a review so that hopefully, the owners of this franchise will know. I purchased over $90 in chicken salad and before I left the restaurant, I checked through the bags to make sure I had everything. One of the tubs was missing, so I returned to the counter with my receipt to get it. No big deal, mistakes happen. An African American women in a black shirt looked like she was a manager, and wasnt helping anyone at the moment so I approached and explained. She was so RUDE and did not apologize and actually acted as if it was MY fault that the cashier that rang me up forgot to add one of the items. All it would have taken was "Sorry about that!" No big deal. Instead, she begrudgingly tossed the item I had paid for in the bag with a dose of her bad attitude. I am writing this because this employee ruined my experience and she is not the ambassador of southern hospitality that this brand is about.

Most delicious chicken salads I have ever had. The best part about this chain is the variety of flavors and options of choices. My personal favorite is the "Fancy Nancy". This site is always clean, has never gotten one of my orders incorrect. Ive used them to cater two medium size events at my home and everyone was pleased with the food. Their food always taste fresh and always contains a freshness date on the takeout containers that are in the self-help refrigerators. It is busy most time of the days but the staff knows how to get things moving and organized.

Was excited to try it out because I love chicken salad. Restaurant was clean but staff is disorganized with ordering and getting the food out. Manager is rude. While I was waiting on my food watched her interact with the staff and customer who was trying to deal with a messed up order. Got my order wrong and the tiny scoop of chicken salad was too salty, the cookie was stale, but the broccoli salad was good. Have had better chicken salad at Chik fil A. Needless to say wont be going back there again!

The manager had the temperature down to 40 degrees tonight. I had to eat outside alone it was so cold inside. She did not offer to refund or compensate.The workers were diligent but manager was terrible. It angers me that a good thing is going to be ruined by a lazy few. The place was empty---it felt like they wanted to close and did not want people in dining room. Food was good. They should close after lunch.

The people are nice and the place was clean. I ordered the one with Apple, pecans and grapes. I had 2 pieces of apples, 2 grapes and a few chunks of pecans. Honestly I stink at making food but I could make a better chicken Salad. My stomach and my husbands stomach hurt after we ate here. I would say you are better off getting chicken salad at chick Fila next door.

Very great experience. Manager was very informative about the chicken salad and let us sample as many as we wanted. Everyone was very friendly and came by the table many times to find out if we needed anything and removed our dirty dishes when we were finished. I hate that they close at seven,but our experience was wonderful. Thanks to all the employees.

The chicken salad I had was very good. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very nice & clean. I would recommend it if you like chicken salad, if not there is other sandwiches to choose from. My only compliant is that they close so early. Not enough time for people who work dont to go. Staying open a little later on week-ends would help.

A call in order, ready when I arrived but there is no place to park and run in for a pick-up, need to have a few spaces set aside for 10 minute pick-up parking. Everything was good, grape salad a bit too sweet for my taste. Broccoli salad good, will return to try other versions of the chicken salad. Glad to have near office.

My husband brought this home to try something different. We had the loaded potato soup, chicken salad, pimento cheese and the chicken salad with a kick. It was all delicious!! Because it was home-made and so fresh, I give it 5 stars. We will definitely itll be back!

Omg! I love the chicken salad think it is called the kelly..? Sorry only been here one time but when im in the area i will go back. Took a bit to get my food, but it was lunch time and they were swamped! The pimento chicken salad a friend got and it too was awesome!

If you like chicken salad, this is a great place to go. Lots of different varieties to choose from and have great pimento salad and egg salad as well. Highly recommend. Only thing I didnt care for was the blueberry cheesecake. Its only seasonal though.

Chicken salad is good, portion size is small and over-priced! The prices went up since the last time we were there. A bowl of soup is just a few spoonfuls more than a cup for almost $5.00!!
