Chicken is consistent in being KFC. They are pricey and thats fine, but they screw up orders when specifying what portions I order. We always get the orders to go and we live about 3 miles away from this location. On the last visit I ordered an 8 piece meal that comes with 2 large sides, biscuits and a dessert. I requested the dark meat portion as original recipe and the white meat as extra crispy. They forgot the biscuits but gave me the honey and butter. They gave all original recipe and all dark meat, though that meal called for 2 breasts, 2 wings as the white portion. I got 6 thighs and two legs. The previous time was along the same experience. Will not be going there again.

I feel bad for the young man working the front... My husband and i went in and after we ordered we couldnt remember if we specified that we wanted it to go so we told them and the lady in the back who was dressed like a manager proceeded to roll her eyes... Then when we did get our food we were missing a cole slaw so we walked back in and when we told them she was like no your missing a mashed potato not slaw ... When i showed her the mashed potatoes she rolled her eyes at me and said well he rung it in wrong... Food is ok but the service is horrible

Cashier seemed like he was completely out of it. Lights were on but nobody home. Dude seemed like he needed a hug. Every now and then had a weird grin on his face so Im guessing he had plans to shoot the place up. It was meh

Thats twice now Ive picked up an order utilizing the drive thru and order was not correct. Im done trying.. Ill have to stick with Lees from now on.
