If you a special they should sale you what you ask based on the add not on the pictures. Si usted mira un especial le deverian vender lo que pide. Uno se avasa a los especiales por lo que dice el letrero no por la foto. Solo algunas personas no saben leer no todo los hispanos. Pero si biene los americanos y Les reclaman por lo mismo de inmediato les dan lo que ellos piden. El manaller no si quiera dio la cara que poca.

vine desde North Carolina con mi familia a comer pollo campero y me encanto porque no pierde ese buen costumer service que siempre tiene pollo campero desde EL SALVADOR! me atendio un muchacho que creo era el manager y una muchacha llamada Rosa excelente vendedora... definitivamente regresaria a este lugar a comer con mi familia de nuevo

El pollo es bueno pero el servicio es muy malo ordene solamente 3 piezas de pollo y en primero no me dieron el total de mi orden espere 15 minutos y cuando al fin llege a la ventana me dicen que tenia que esperar otros 5 minutos mas que no tenia pollo en el momento un mal servicio y la persona que me atendio es bien ruda.

Get a receipt!!!! They tried to play me out of 15 dollars until I asked for the receipt!!! They werent even going to give me one lol when I noticed the outrageous price, I asked her if she had the receipt. She looked at me like she was shocked that I had asked and flat out replied, "No." Like it wasnt a normal thing to ask for one? Lol Their customer service cant be saved much either. Try smiling ladies, especially the ones in drive through. I understand once a month anger but its literally every single time I go. I WOULD have given a 0 star rating but mmm those empanadas are delish haha Youve been warned!

Excellent service! I walked in asking for last minute catering. Half fried and half grilled on the chicken. Two large catered size sides. And rolls. Staff was extremely friendly and able to get my order together within 15 minutes. Great Job Rosa!! The food was delicious. I had never visited this restaurant prior to this day. Plenty of parking. The restaurant was very clean. Im very pleased with my service. I will return.

I really love the food but because of a medical condition I can only eat the grilled chicken. The last 3 times Ive stopped, they said that they are out on grilled and only have fried and that they wont be making anymore for the day. Each time has been before dinner time. Ive stopped trying and have since been going to King Pollo. A shame that they dont plan better for the day, because I love the food.

The hours of operation say until 10, however at 9pm the automated message says their closed...then when i pulled up, I asked if they were closed I was told they only have legs that were old, rice and beans... why have hours of operation if those arent your hours? Why advertise a full menu if at 9 you only have certain items?

Ive driven by this place several times and it never seemed to be busy. So one day last week I wanted something different than the usual McDonalds or typical fast food and I tried this place. It was surprisingly pretty good! The chicken was juicy and the sides were pretty good too!

This place is expensive $11.20 and I left hungry, the food is mediocre at best. If you go south about a mile there is a king Pollo which is in my opinion 10 times better than this place, way more food, the food is done on a grill and the portions are huge for less money.

Its been a tradition from my family back en El Salvador. The Woodbridge location has made a big difference with the Falls Church. The customer service and the food are great . Flavor similar to the El Salvador and Guatemala.

I ordered fried chicken not mixed chicken or grilled instead I was given grilled and its ok but I did want the fried and I told the cashier thats I wanted fried. The mashed potatoes bread and fries made it better
