I love KFC and Taco Bell. This place is a great place to go to when I want chicken and my fiancé wants tacos. The last few times weve been there we had horrible service. I ordered the popcorn chicken and they literally filled the carton up only half way. I took it back and said, Im not pain $6 to only get half of my food. The MANAGER said, "oh, Thats how much we always put in there." Really? Because Ive been ordering the same thing since I was a kid and Ive never had that amount of chicken put into the carton. Secondly, just yesterday I ordered my popcorn chicken and mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes were so runny I swear they put water in there so they wouldnt have to make another batch of mashed potatoes.

Took our family here to eat dinner 8/8/13. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. The girl running the register acted and looked as if she was high as a kite. She screwed up our order and when we told her about it, she gave us the refund for the wrong item ordered, but never gave me what I originally ordered. I went up to the counter to ask for taco sauce and the one girl behind the counter walked past me 4 to 5 times without even acknowledging that I was there. I had to raise my voice and say excuse me miss before she even acknowledged that I was there. The nachos bell grande had refried beans on it so dry they crumbled when I tried to eat it. Disgusting!

For the amount of time that youre waiting in line for food you might as will get free food. Because last time I checked this is supposed to be in "fast food" restaurant. I shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes in drive-through to get my damn food. I have a job to attend and I also have a lunch break no longer than 30 minutes! So either hire people that know how to get food out in a "fast food" way or go out of business in Dry Ridge. Get your stuff together, because theres not many options and Dry Ridge there needs to be a way to get people through the line faster! This is ridiculous…

The service at this location is very slow. Upon entering the restroom my feet went out from under me due to the fact that some old man had pissed through his depends, or some kid had simply missed the toilet. Or possibly someone was so disgusted by the dirty toilet that they felt the drain in the center of the floor was more worthy of their urine than the stinky abomination that they have for a toilet at this location. The employees were all friendly, but friendly does not make up for a stinky bathroom.

If I could rate zero I would.... We stopped here on Thursday July 27 around 2 pm before hitting traffic for Ohio, but did not end up even ordering. My fiancé watched an employee drop a piece of chicken on the floor. That employee then picked up the chicken, placed it back on the plate and gave it to a customer. We left immediately. Not only is this extremely disgusting, but also violates I dont know how many health codes!

Food is frequently undercooked, or just very poor quality. Service is generally terrible. Tried to get ahold of an upper level manager through the hotline, and they didnt even care to contact me, despite it being about undercooked chicken and constantly poor quality. If the upper managers don't care, why would the store level staff? Disappointing.

We were passing through Kentucky for the first time and just had to stop at a KFC just to see if it would be any different. Unfortunately it wasnt that different from any others, but it was the experience. As always, good food.

DO not go to this kfc everything is always old and if you ask them to make it fresh they will tell just throw the old food back into the fryer and hand it to you.... go to the one in florence they will make it fresh

Order food in the drive thru. Food was old and cold. I took it back in to the store. Employees were clowning around and the second food was also just as Cappy. Poor service , poor food. Very slow service
