When I first started coming here I had a great experience, down the line as months passed every time I went , there was new staff. I work in customer service and would never treat any of my customers the way this place does. When you first arrive at the window they are sooo rude and disrespectful , they never have what they should sale on the menu. The staff seems really unhappy and isnt afraid to express it . One day I came here to give this place one last try .. omg why did I? My red beans and rice was cold and tasted really old, my chicken was stale and seems as though it was sitting all day. All they had was breast left and did not even ask would I like to wait until the other options are done. This day was the first day I used a coupon, I arrived at the window and they lady states " why didnt I tell her I was using a coupon , now she has to ring it all over again!!!" Sooo rude man. And Im not bougie, we all have our bad days but this location is horrible. Ive been working in customer service over five years and would never act this way or even want to work for a location like this. Those people in there do not care ... I wish I could call a secret shopper in the for the owner so they can see whats going in in their establishment. I now visit the location off of thorton road and they are awesome to the T. I couldnt ask for better. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A WHOle NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF , its ridiculous ... will pray for them...

This is one of the WORST Popeyes locations I have ever been too. Starting with my first experience. I went through the drive thru late at night 12/7/16 and t seemed all the cashier wanted to do was to get me out of her face. I dont even think she rang my order up. I got the $5 box with a drink, apple pie and a extra biscuit and she asked me for $5 even. Not even change for the tax. I thought I got a deal until I got home and my food was ice cold. Even the biscuits were rock solid. So I decided to give them another try the next day 12/8/16. This time I came through the drive thru during the day. Again the cashier was ridiculously rude. She didnt even want to open the window all the way to take my money. She just continued to complain over and over again about how cold it was. I asked her for extra honey and she flung the window open and damn near threw it at me. I should have never returned at that point. Today 12/9/16 I returned again around 3pm requesting the $5 box and was told the boneless wings are frozen solid. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE WHAT YOU ARE RUNNING A SPECIAL ON? This location is within walking distance of my house but I will NEVER EVER return here again.

I just pulled up to the drive thru of this Popeyes i was not acknowledged so i proceed to say hello to see if there was anyone there, it took 5 hellos to get a answer, and the answer i got was very rude, and was told to hold on, the famale then return to take my order without an apology for having me waiting, along with a nasty attitude. We gave our order and proceed to the window. It is one thing to hear a attitude and another to see it, she was just rude at the window, did not thank us for eating at Popeyes, just shoved the food out the window and closed it and still didnt give us all the food we ordered which i realized when i got home. The crazy thing is i believe she was a manager or supervisor because she had the Blue Shirt on. Not a Good Experience at all Hope this can change because i do enjoy Popeyes...

It was was terrible! On March 26th, the tax day special was worst than paying taxes. I waited over 20 minutes for my order in the parking lot, next to others in front of me who experienced problems. I requested a half/half order that was listed on the receipt, but when the cashier finally brought out the order, she announced that it was all spicy. At the window, she repeatedly asked if the order was half and half and still brought me the wrong order. I have experience the long wait and a mixed up order at this location twice. Maybe you are trying to tell me something. "Dont come back to Popeyes!!!!!

I am not sure who hires these workers , but they need to do REAL interviews. This is the MOST ghetto, backwards place Ive ever been to. We JUST pulled up to the drive thru, and this females attitude was the worst. She said yea whats your order. So I repeated myself, no response, we said hello, this chick said yea Im waiting on you.....WTH! We pulled off, just because of that. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. They need to stop pulling these workers out the sewer, and really hire people who want an actual job. Im definitely contacting corporate on this one.

This is my favorite Popeyes. I actually drive out of my way to go here after work. The ladies here are so nice and personable, they make you feel like youre actually welcome. The food, like you expect, is yummy. Plus, this is the only Popeyes that I have found that serves fried chicken livers. Between the breading with all those great spices and how long its cooked, these are hands down the best livers Ive had, period. And now my mouth is watering thinking about them... I guess theyll be seeing me later today.

I live very close to this location and every time I have gone here the staff is unpleasant and say they are out of everything. It does not matter what time of the day you go it is the same issue. I have even gone and sat in the dining room and still was not greeted with anyone who was friendly. When in the drive through you get cut off or have to listen to them talk with other people in the location. Very disappointing because the location is convenient.

It must be a requirement to be rude to work at this location. Every single time Ive came to this Popeyes there has been at least a 5 minute wait at the drive thru and when they finally do come they say "what do you want" in the meanest voice possible. Its to the point where I go out of my way to avoid this location. If you want this location to be successful you should honestly get rid of everyone or retrain them because they are awful.

Horrible I pulled up to the drive-thru to order someone mumbled something and I was just left sitting there waiting for a response for 4 mins and out of the blue I hear what can I get for you? in a nasty voice no Hi welcome to Popeyes I apologize for the wait every time I go to this place its always something Im never satisfied I will never go back I will go to theThornton Rd location before I waste my money and time with these idiots.

If your white dont waste your time, the most racist place I have had to deal with in years and this is my home town! There card machine was down,I asked for a po boy sandwich and the nasty attitude behind the counter said the sandwich machine was down ,she told my work partner her card machine was down. Everytime we tried to order something there was some reason she could not serve us! I cant belive it! It was like walking in the 1930s
