10/26/16 832pm - My 9 yo requested KFC for dinner after baseball practice. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and the line not moving, I went inside. I waited more than 5 minutes for my order to be taken. I ordered the 5 hot wing combo with mash potatoes and 1pc breast meal with mash potatoes. The combo comes with a drink. I never received my drink, waited more than 13 minutes for the hot wings before being told that they were out of wings and only had 3 of the 5. The manager asked if I would be willing to take 2 regular wings in their place. Once I agreed, he started on my order. While fixing my order, I was told at minute 22 that the store was out of original breasts. When I spoke with the manager about the breast, he said that he had breast and would get me taken care of. In less than 10 minutes, he came back to tell me that he located 1 original breast and had given me a grill breast for my wait. The overall experience was HORRIBLE. While waiting, every order in front of mine and after mine was incorrectly given to customers OR forgotten. The mens rest room had fecal matter overflowing out of one of the toilets and onto the floor (my son reported this to me and the manager sent someone to investigate). I have never had such a horrible experience with any fast food place BUT will definitely not return.

Absolute worst I have ever been to! If I could give 0 or negative Stars I would. The staff was rude, the good took forever to be made. The girl who took my order started making my good without gloves on but I didnt want to say anything because I didnt want them to spit in my good. After I ordered about 8 customers came in, waited 10 minutes and left because no one came to take their order. I have had food poisoning from Taco Bell in 2 other states and yet this is still the worst one ever. One of the employees walked outside and was smoking a joint in the parking lot, he said a bunch of people didnt show up for work today. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO TO THE KFC/TACO BELL ON BARRETT AND DALLAS HIGHWAY IN MARIETTA, GA. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

Went there just after the dinner rush and was going to order chicken strips. I was told they were out which seemed odd. Then I asked what they did have. I ended up ordering the smallest bucket which came with two sides. I asked for potato wedges too which I was told "you dont want those". Shocked I said how about green beans. "Nope". Was told they only had mac and cheese so I doubled up on them for both sides. I got it home and began to eat. Everything was extremely cold. Id expect it to be cool after my 5 min drive but it was obvious the chicken had not been completely cooked. The mac was equally terrible. I stopped eating after a few bites but my stomach still had issues. Never going to this location again.

If you want to see incompetence at its finest, come here. Every time I come here there is some kind of issue. Today, after pulling around the front to wait on my order, they gave me Taco Bell when I had ordered KFC. So I had to go inside to get my order corrected and they acted annoyed and didnt even apologize. Last time I came here, the drive through was taking so long that people started honking and driving off. And then they couldnt keep the orders straight because so many people drove off. I understand people make mistakes, but Ill never understand why one place always makes so many of them. Its pretty much guaranteed. Doesnt seem like it should be that hard.

Im sorry for those that had a bad experience but.. I was given a order wrong. After speaking to the manager it was fix wiyh no problem and gratitude. Anyone makes mistakes, fixing the right way is the point. They cook to the order thats why the take a while, but i prefer to wait than have old cold food. In my point of view they are great.. Good service and good atmosphere.

I purchased the Georgia gold chicken sandwich. One. It looked nothing like the photo. Two, there are three unidentifiable sauces on the sandwich...white, yellow, and red. Three, after being given a lecture on how their food is always fresh I was given stale hard bread. Normally kfc would never be my chicken if choice but I wanted to try the new sandwich.

This KFC is always out of something, terrible service, unfriendly employees, and it is guaranteed that your drive thru order will be wrong. Like without question. It will be wrong. Im not lying, go and test it. Its scientific fact that this location will get your order wrong.

Messed order up twice. Second time tried to remake (add sauce) my orginal food given with no gloves and another employee had to stop them. 25 minute wait with one customer in front. Didnt want the "freebie" after I complained and they gave it to me anyways.

Waited over 15 minutes for 3 tacos, waited forever just to have my order taken, all of three people in the whole restaurant. Way too slow and way too understaffed. I felt bad for them but at some point, something needs to be done.

This Taco bell / KFC is pretty good. I typically go here for the taco bell. They typically have a busy drive thru so when trying to get something inside it takes a little.
