Tonight makes the second time I have had to express my disappointment in this location. The first time the food was incredibly over salted. Tonight we placed an online order since it is a Saturday and we wanted to get in and out quickly so we could eat at home. We ordered two bowls. The one under my name was a brown rice, black bean veggie with extra black beans, corn salsa, cheese, extra mild salsa, and sour cream on the side. The one under my boyfriends name was a brown rice, black bean chicken with mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. We picked up our order and took it home. When I opened mine, there was chicken on it. I thought they simply put my name on the wrong one. I opened up my boyfriends and his had lettuce and sour cream with extra black beans on it. I am not vegetarian, I simply do not like Chipotles chicken. If I were, this would be enough to put an end to my patronage of any Chipotle. I will be sending another email to the corporate site to let them know that this location is not up to Chipotle standards.

During our visit tonight we were very disappointed with the portion sizing. When we questioned the portion sizes, we were told that the portion have indeed been reduced by order the company. For example: I ordered a boil for my wife and I with both chicken and pork in it. When the meats were dumped into the boil there was only about 1/2 a spoon of each added unlike on previous visits where a full spoon of each had been added. When i questioned this, I was told that these were both full servings. With all the contents of rice, beans, lettuce etc, in our boil, it was only just over half full. This was the same for each of our childrens dishes as well, in fact one of our daughters boil was less than half full. We were curious when we first entered the restaurant why there wasnt a line up as usual for that time of night of people waiting to order, but after our visit I can see why the restaurant was virtually empty. I can honestly say that we will not be revisiting this restaurant. Very disappointing indeed.

I was just in there and to have to say, Im considerably disappointed. I have eaten a chipotles all over the eastern United States. This was my first visit to this one, and definitely my last. My biggest issue was how disgusting and dirty their station was. Food was everywhere and getting all over everyones bowls and hands. I requested a piece of aluminum foil to be placed under my bowl as it slides through and, this is where complaint number two comes in (lack of communication as well as inability to communicate to them myself), the next person simply took it off and threw it away, without asking why it was there. So I ended up getting sour cream all over my hands because it was underneath my bowl, which I specifically requested not to happen. Needless to say, I will not return.

Today marked the 4th or 5th time in a row where I had to wait a long time to pay for my order because the cashier decided to take off after ringing up the person before me. Im a patient person but it is sincerely annoying to stand there like an idiot for what feels like an eternity while the cashier is out and about doing who knows what while I (and the customers behind me) wait until she decides to come back. And the worst part is, it is ALWAYS the same cashier who does this. They dont wear name tags so I dont know her name, but shes there every time I go, so I would assume shes one of the main cashiers. Anyway, I love the food, but hate the service at this location.

This store is a mess, every time we come here theres always something wrong, one night there was no steak cause they shut the grill down 45 min early.. Why if your not closed yet.. Another time they were serving frozen corn, today they had no vingerette and wasnt informed prior to buying a Salad bowl, they said the blender broke.. So why wouldnt you warn people!!.. And the air conditioner is out of control be prepared to be fully dressed when entering. Its So cold you cant even enjoy your food. We wont be coming back to this location

Ordered Salad online - BIG MISTAKE. I ordered salad with no rice or beans, yet I had a small scoop of rice. I tried to pick as much of it off as possible, thankfully it was so small (which led me to believe that the person making it knew there was no rice). I counted 5 pieces of steak a sprinkle of tomato and a sprinkle of cheese. In the end I basically paid $10 for a bowl of lettuce, rice (which I cannot eat) and a side of Guacamole. DO NOT EVER ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS STORE.

Lots of middle school kids working! I thought I was back in the military overseas...child labor. Ordered food though the app and have called in 15 times prior, food is never ready, ever!!! Maybe someones dad or whoever owns the establishment should be there....like a babysitter. My 40th b day party ordered hundreds of dollars of food...,not ready.. Just go somewhere else., Pf, Chilis, unos real establishments are running a grownup restaurant!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I got my order 45 mins before they closed. When I walked up to the counter and the gentleman said "what do you want?" I replied "Hi, how are you?" Then they were out of chips and had no forks. They rushed you at the pay portion of the counter, ask you to pay before the person in front of you can even recieve their card back and walk away. They wanted me to reach over the customer in front of me to pay.

The food is good, as always. Ive been there twice and the first time the staff was nice but there was barely any food left at about 8pm. The second time the server rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a second bowl and barely gave me any food, probably due to irritation. She talked very harshly and didnt seem to care how rude she was being. I love Chipotle and Ill continue to go, but I really hope the service would improve.

The Sunday crew 12/11/16 does not have very good customer service nor run a timely order. It took me 29 min to reach the register. Also this is now the 2nd time they have took 8 to go orders and filled them not letting the line continue. I go here here quite often at lunch time and the crew is very timely and customer service is great. It takes 15 min from the front door to the register. Its very disappointing

This chipotle is okay Ive been to better, its really clean and they have fresh product, but they are extremely understaffed, its always a really long line because they take like ten minutes to fill each order, and theyre almost always out of chicken so if you get the last of the pan they dont bother giving you a full serving. The staff is extremely friendly though and they make sure to get your order correct.

Very poor experience every time I have come here. To start with, the parking lot is tiny and cannot accommodate enough cars even at non rush hours. Then, the restaurant itself is consistently one of the slowest Chipotle experiences. Incredibly slow moving line, every time. The problem seems to be the high number of online orders they get and the low amount of staff present to take care of them
