I usually go to 3 different Chipotles near me, but this one is the only place Ive ever had a problem with. So I think they have questionable management. I noticed that, for a period of time, they really limited the serving size of each ingredient they gave you. Not a huge deal, but I would consider it to have been too stingy, and just a way to cut corners at the customers expense. There have been a few times theyve been completely out of certain items...rice and guacamole come to mind. It happens I guess. Maybe its coincidence I was there each time. Once, they were just closed randomly during the day. It was during their usual hours of business, it wasnt a holiday, there were employees inside, but I tried pulling on the handle, and it was locked. There was no sign. I stood there, motioning, etc. No one acknowledged me. They were inexplicably closed. Its not like I go here every day. Therefore, it seems highly unusual that I would personally encounter so many instances where theyve fallen short. So, I try to avoid this place.

The food here is okay , what makes it truly awful is the horrible customer service from every single staff member and manager. I could regale you with many tales of awful experiences at this Chipotle, I go back because its the closest one. The reason I am writing this post is because of the Absurd experience I just had in which the cashier actually dispensed green Tabasco for me into a little cup because customers take too much if they leave it with the condiments. I just may actually be done with this Chipotle now.

Just left after 20 min of waiting for the chicken to be cooked EMPTY HANDED. Why would you have to wait for food to be cooked at a fast food rest? Then the employees were arguing with each other. They were crying and said they cant put up with this place. The cook was back there banging the pots and pans. They were trying to prepare orders over and under each other. The floors were dirty, tables were dirty. Really not professional. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment again.

Ah Ive been going to this location for years now and have seen it through its highs and lows... I give 5 stars because I see these people work exceptionally hard everyday no matter what theyre going through. However, Ive been very unhappy with the management the last several visits, and have witnessed management disrespecting hard working employees. The workers are there but the management is not and unfortunately that reflects poorly overall. Still giving five star because those workers deserve it

The only thing this chipotle has going is its convienance of location for many. Other than that, if you order online it wont be on time, they never have guac, and are usually out of things making you wait more. The line is always ridiculous, and the staff is rude because this restaurant is just not built to handle the flow of customers it gets. If you have a choice choose another chipotle or Taco Bell right down the road for a minute. Been here a lot and have finally had enough. Never coming again

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. Have been standing in Line for over 30 mins, and the assembly line is crap at best. The employees seem miserable and or brand new employees. The cashier keeps walking away every five mins while people are trying to pay.. it literally looks like monkeys trying to screw a coconut! You think after a couple of rush hour times you would get better and or account for the the rush. Am pretty sure the Cleveland browns are making better head way !!

The few times I have been to this location is always disappointing. I understand its busy, but the place is always a mess. Food everywhere, staff throwing ingredients in each others direction, arguing about who is doing what/helping who -and I wouldnt be too phased about allthat if the food actually tasted good. Their disorganization and haste shows up in the final product which really ruins it for me. I will drive out of my way to Strongsville to dodge this mess.

They consistently mess up our online and fax orders. Making the wrong food or deleting the order completely while still charging me. I dont think they realize that their lunch rush customers have real jobs that only allow them a half hour to get food and eat. Theres no time for us to wait around for 15 minutes while you correct your mistake. I will never go there again...and Im sure Im not the only one whos been screwed by them in the past. BEWARE!!

Disappointed. Ordered a Carnitas bowl and totally got ripped off. The lady making the bowls had bright pink short hair & barely gave me any rice or meat then when i asked for her to put more rice on she gave me a disgusted look and when i asked for more carnitas she gave me the muddiest part. Another annoying thing was every 5 seconds you here someone shouting "door" "door". Food wasnt even that warm wont be coming back to this Chipotle.

Chipotle seems to be the only restaurant doing it right these days. To top it all off theyre a fast food restaurant! It just goes to show that quality service, good food, and clean restaurants can be combined all into one place. Ive never had a bad experience at this place. Even if something is messed up they immediately compensate me. Keep up the good work now lets just hope some other fast food places can catch on to this!

Too slow!!! I should not have to wait in line for 20 mins to spend my money at your restaurant not to mention your cashier will have a take out person pay for their order when it is not even ready while my not so hot food anymore waits!!! You need to hire more people and have another register for takeout..... I will not be back to this Chipotle ever again

Arrived with only one clean? table so we jumped the line to ask they be cleaned. Asked again when we got to order, asked again half way thru, asked twice at the register, had to sit at the high table which was still the only one clean. Restroom ditto. Came to eat the pig, not eat in the pigsty. Hope they keep the back cleaner or Im in trouble.

Its time to put my money where my mouth is and take them both elsewhere to eat. Have written the store several times about the portion sizes and how skimpy they are. They always say ask for more but if you do you get attitude from the employees. Instead of offering me a free burrito (which I NEVER take), I wish they would just fix the problem.

When Chipotle first came on the scene it was by far the best in service, quality and price for what you get. These days not so much. Can be inconsistent at times. Some help here better not here. They want to give smaller portions and charge more. I Have in the past food that was not edible because it was so salty it would kill a horse.

Horrible service! I mostly order online and the order is almost always incorrect and even had to go get my order redone because they gave me the completely wrong order which they said would be ready when I got there instead had to wait for over 30 mins. Im probably going to start ordering from a different Chipotle from now on.
