I waited literally over 10 minutes in line while the manager and cashier were fixing an issue on the register. They then proceeded to go to the back while I still waited in line without even acknowledging me. After waiting so long, I then placed an order on the kiosk and they did not have the food in stock. I then waited again for the manager to refund me. What made me more upset is when additional customers came after me, they were greeted immediately by another cashier who got on the register! The cashier that started ringing customers up watched me wait continuously in line and did not choose to assist me. As for the other cashier who went in the back with the manager, she also began to help the line. Worst panera experience ever!!! Dont go there

While the food was good and the service was OK. I was shocked when the lady working the register flat-out ASKED FOR A TIP. She took my order and my cash. You deserve a tip for what? Because you dont even have to walk out to our table to give us our food. Someone else did that! Ive worked allot of jobs. Ive carried 55" TVs out to cars (Yes actually carried) by myself. Ive carried rolls of carpets out to trucks for customers and NEVER asked for a tip! Worse yet I then felt obligated to give her one! She ruined the store for us, wed only come back to see if she had the cajones to ask again!! Panera needs to check in on this location! Weve been to at least 5 locations now and this has been the worst one!

Frequently dirty. Floors, carpet seem to go not cleaned through out the day. Despite staff bringing food to the table they are oblivious to dirty tables, booths and they go uncleaned for hours. Today plastic utensils served as they didnt have metal utensils clean. And no straws for soft drinks despite there being a supermarket in the same shopping center where they could buy some. Coffee on a recent visit hadnt been replaced on an hour plus and after asking for some they didnt in the 30 minutes in the store.

This Panera Bread is the best one in the area IMHO. I give the restaurant as a whole five stars for cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the food they put out. I want to rate this stores rapid pickup at sub 3 stars though. Its like a fun little game trying to figure out where my pick up order is going to be when I come in. It is never on the shelf where it belongs. Next time Im going to pick someone who is at the register and see if they leave before me.

The food is reasonably priced for how fussy it is, but I was disappointed that the menus didnt include any kind of ingredients lists--I was completed surprised that my salad had walnuts and feta cheese on it. Thank goodness Im not allergic (and just dont care for feta)! Even the kiosks gave no clue as to ingredients, so when there WAS an allergy concern in my group, we had to stay in the long line to talk to a real person.

Food, as always is fresh and tasteful, but the location deserves commendations for its staff and the service and generosity they provided throughout the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The restaurant became part community center, part charging station, part warm place to just relax for a bit for many in the community. Staff was overworked but always courteous, professional, and welcoming.

I went here last week with my friends and one of my friend found plastic in his soup. When is went to manager to complain about it and her answer was this happens not very often that means this has happened few and chef can not be more careful so dis doesnt happen again. I never saw dis kind of reaction to the customer who found plastic in his soup.. I would never go to dis place again.

Nicely placed Panera bread in a complex with other stores such as a movie theater and super market. It can be busy at times, the addition of the self serve kiosk helps speed up your order. I sometimes grab food here, sit down and study. If you have had Panera before then the food will be the same experience.

This location is a little slow but the service is always friendly and when they have messed something up, they will always make it right. My biggest dislike is that they are always running out of something. I can see it happening here and there for a restaurant but this is frequent and main ingredients.

I dont know if perhaps it was because I went at the end of the day but the restaurant was messy, there was trash on the floor and there were some tables that were not cleaned up either. My main reason to give a 3 star is because there was mold on the rim of the ice dispenser, please fix it.

This is my third visit and I must say I havent experienced a slower and more disorganized Panera Bread anywhere else in the country. Unfortunately this is the closest place to eat from my hotel. Food is still good though so I have to give it two stars.

When you need a decent breakfast, lunch or dinner on the go, (and wish to augment either meal with a pastry), Panera is the place to go. And with the recent upgrades, including ordering from a stationary tablet, this place has only gotten better.

While a rather busy place when I go, Ive always been served in a timely manner. Food is fresh and the environment is always clean and inviting. Soups and sandwiches are my favorite and of course the breakfast pastries are great.

I when there with my wife, I ask for a rust turkey kale sandwich and when I got it the avocado in one big peace on a side of the bread, they dint even slice it and spread all around.

Many options to get food quick using kiosks or counter service. WiFi is spotty on certain random days. Good option to dine prior going to the movie theater next door.
