This may have been the best experience Ive ever had with any food restaurant Ive been too. The service and hospitality by the employees was absolutely astonishing. I told them it was my first time and they helped me and stayed patient with me while I decided what I wanted. Then to top it all if they said the meal was on the house! This is and will always be the best chipotle/ restaurant ever. If the Manger/owner reads this Everyone that works at that specific chain in Fort Myers, Florida deserves at least a $10 raise. May I add my burrito was sublime. Just absolute top class from this chipotle!!!

I eat here 2-3 times a month and always have a good experience. Quick lines, friendly and helpful staff, good quality of food. Only complaint is my phone service never works inside this restaurant location. Texts wont go through and wifi isnt an option. Cant even do a safari search unless I go next door at Starbucks. Its not just my phone service (at&t) since my coworkers who I usually go to chipotle with also have problems (sprint, Verizon, etc). Please enhance this portion of the customer experience because its damaging the restaurant experience

I attempted to get Chipotle two times this week alone and there was no parking so I went elsewhere. In the last 30-45 days Ive attempted to get lunch here 4 times and no parking available so I just drive on through and go somewhere else. I cant image how much business Chipotle is loosing daily at lunch time due to lack of parking available.

Seriously what is going on with this place. Food portions are awful. Its become a game now to play find the chicken in the chicken bowl. Except the games over. Food is good, employees are good, portion sizes have gotten increasingly terrible. There is no value in the price paid for what you recieve.

Food is great and the staff is great. I used to come here 3-4 times per week until the portions started to become very inconsistent. Even after asking for double meat, I get what seems like a regular portion. I dont feel like I get the same value I used to get.

Spectacular food, way underpriced, $7 for either a burrito or 3 large tacos! Filling portions, expect to leave satisfied! Water is free, chips are lime-flavored, guacamole is on point, rather great value! A flavorful adventure!

This location doesnt have spoons. Its hard when you get a bowl. They dont have trays to put your food on to carry to your table. The lettuce wasnt cut small it was like my lettuce was spaghetti.

Its a chipotle, like any other. It was clean, it felt like it had less seats than usual. Staff was fast and they seemed like a experience team.Also this one gets packed, but they usually do.
