This is the second bad experience we have had at this location since it has opened...Not only the food was bad both times ...It was under cooked... Rare is one thing but bloody is another....I understand it just came off the grill...But just because you ran out doent mean uncook it to keep the line going..It looked nothing like what was in container when we came back in....This would of made someone sick if eaten.....And when we brought it back the employee was rude and unconcerned about it..they replaced our food both times ..But there attitude was just get you in get you out....I love Chipotle and will continue to patronize them but never this location....This location needs a management change....And complete retraining of it employees....If you eat here and get it to go..definately check your food....We have ordered from the Lakewood location for years and NEVER received bad food here..Take the time and go to the Lakewood and or any other location.....Bad food ..Bad attitude....Bad experience....If you are the franchise owner and read this..You better get this right to keep this business going....At this point its on the fast track of not staying business long.....

I LOVE Chipotle but this location is the most poorly run store in the district. When I complained about the poor quality of the food I was dismissed by the employees. After asking to speak to the manager on duty he stated that the employees were trained that way to deal with customers. When I told him my complaints I was also dismissed by him in a very uncaring manner. While we were eating in the dining room one of the employees talked about us within earshot. I emailed Ashley Giarrizzo (the area restaurateur 2) about my concerns and she only replied to one of my emails without resolving my complaint. I reported this to corporate and will only be patronizing the Fairview Park store where the customer service is awesome.

Bar far the worst managed Chipotle ever. Lines are always ridiculously long, food never prepped to meet demand, and similar lines in Strongsville and Solon take me 15-20 minutes to get through, whereas here the chicken is burned (not charred), rice is always a slowdown, chips are soft not crisp, the chips have no lime, and the fajita mix (peppers and onions) are always overcooked and soggy and Ive waited 45 minutes for the displeasure of the food. I even wrote to corporate to note the low ratings/reviews here....needs to close (and thats saying something as I normally LOVE Chipotle!

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They have very poor management. Theres always about 7-10 people "working", but half of them are in the back laughing and doing nothing while 2 people up front take an hour to help ten customers. They are also wildly inconsistent with what they put on your order. One person will give you a reasonable amount, but the next will literally put 3 pieces of chicken and 5 kernels of corn on your taco. The managers of the store are rude, and clearly have no idea how to run this business. Go to a different store.

I live right down the street and have gone here for over a year now. It is the SLOWEST Chipotle in the area. It is always understaffed no matter what time it is. They never have enough people on the line. This location must be training grounds for both managers and employees because you dont see the same people for long. If there is more then 10 people in line... Do yourself a favor and walk out and go get food down the road somewhere else, youll thank me later.

The worst Chipotle i have ever been to. I live a block away and am going to be driving to another city the next time i have a craving. I dont care what time of day its a 20min+ wait. The meat and fajita are nearly carbonized, dry, and crunchy. Half my bowl is filled with charcoal. If you go past 8pm they will be out of something and then look at you like an idiot when you ask if they have any more. Would be 0stars if I could.

Worst Chipotle experience to date. Slowest service and the quality of food wasnt even fresh. The employee asked which type of meat I wanted, then continued with her side conversation and asked me again which type of meat. When I asked for additional condiments, she said OK then forgot and asked if I needed anything else. This was my second time at the Westpark location and both times were disappointing. Wheres the management?

They seem to be very unorganized, firing incorrect food so they run out. When you have the wait times they do they should acknowledge them and aplogize. When they run out of what you want dont just stare at me blankly... Offer a solution " I know you waited 6 minutes and now another 10 because of the mix up your protien is on us" The strongsville in the mall location is the best Ive ever been too in 2 states. They rock

Terrible location! The employees make this place a miserable experience. They dont give the proper portions, they are slow and generally just ghetto. Not to mention if you have a pickup order for 915 like I did tonight, it wasnt ready when I got there at 920 and had to wait until almost 935 before it was ready. Smh! Im never going to this location again even though its the closet.

I am only giving a 5 star do to the food being good ...but the customer service needs help work on that and your store would be a 5 star all the way around .... remember customers pay your check without them you would have no job ..just some friendly advice... store is always nice and clean...

There are new employees every week that have no idea what they are doing. This place is slowly going down hill. If you want to wait 20 mins for your food only to get cold down the line by the time you get it and then your burrito just falls apart. This might be the chipotle for you.

Thank you for the food poisoning. Clearly Chipotle hasnt taught their employees what cross-contamination is. Also they are very slow during their peek hours. Half of the workers look like theyre lost or dont want to be there at all.

Was excited when I heard they were building in Westpark. Was not impressed with the service, cleanliness and theres always a 10 or more minute wait. On a positive note, the food portions seem to have improved.

This Chipotle offers a fresh variety of meats. Dining in is great because they keep the tables sanitary. The only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star is because they do not hook it up with the proportions.
