Everytime I come here they mess my order up. I mean everytime whether it is busy or not. I ordered a fiji apple salad with extra apple chips and tomatoes and I got no apple chips and no tomatoes in my salad box and a container with 4 little tomato slices. Not to mention they cut all your portions in half everywhere else the containers are always full here I bought a full salad and it was only half way filled same with my broth bowl it was also half way filled after I spent $9 on it smh the workers in the kitchen do not care how they prepare your food. My panini was crapy because they forgot the cheese in my frontega like bruh isnt cheese the main ingredient in a panini lol. My advice is to never leave this place without checking your food thoroughly. I have yet to get my order correct. Sometimes I go to the North Brunswick Panera because the portions are full and they get it right.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told to get anything on the menu, I had to order 4 days in advance; so I did. They got it wrong 4 weeks in a row. Poorly mismanaged, no sense of customer service; they prefer you just walk in and use a tablet to order their over priced food. Inconceivable; in the end, Im given the deer in the headlights look while the staff stand behind the manager roll their eyes. I was offered my order, which was a mess, for free. I told them to keep it. Stay away from Panera. That is all

I order from panera all the time, like constantly. Just today my family ordered online for pickup in the store. We got home and realized they forgot my food. I called the store to tell them and they did not even hesitate. I originally ordered a half soup and salad. When we picked up the lost order, they gave me a whole sandwich, whole soup, twice the amount of bread and threw in a cookie. No questions asked. That was pretty great customer service, even given the original inconvience.

I walked in at 3:30 pm and there was a line of 12 people. They were all waiting for their food and very upset. All the staff were in the kitchen and there was no one at the register. Every single table in the place was dirty and the staff offered no reason as to why the food was taking so long to arrive. This place needs a manager who knows how to to their job.

I ordered you pick two and they gave me half bread which seems someone ate it already. I am so so disappointed. I work in afternoon shift and this is the closest location I have from my work. I will never ever go to this place again even if I have drive 10 more miles.

Good as Paneras go. Its important to know that this is a "to go" store, designed around delivery and self pick-up. There are seats and tables in the building, but only about 4-5 tables and a bench that seats another 4-5 people. Not your regular sit-down restaurant.

This place would be awesome if they could get the orders correct. I dont understand it. I am literally picking my own meal. I am typing in what I want to eat and somehow they get my order wrong EVERY TIME. They either need a new system or new employees.

Worst meal Ive ever had at a Panera. Gave me the wrong meal without my side. I asked for a piece of bread for my meal and was told it comes with it. I only got an apple with a soup that was the wrong kind. Terrible service.

Worst Panera Ive ever been to. Food tends to be just thrown together. Sandwiches fall apart. Out of ingredients about half the time, theyve actually been out of bread. If you have any other Panera near you stick with that.

Had lunch here a couple times. The interior could use an update, but the food was great! Theyll even deliver to your table if you use the Kiosk, which is really convenient. I was also informed that this location delivers.

Strictly a pick-up and go location (although they do have a few bar stools along the wall). Forgot to include the sides (chips) on two out of the three orders I placed. Had to go back in to get it.
