OMG 5 star service!! Kurt was working the floor today and he treated me and my wife like celebrities! I walked outside so I could see the sandwich on the door he came out to show me it inside! My wife didnt like he sandwich too much and he noticed the look on her face walked over and asked if he could get her something else!!! Simply amazing service he was awesome hope all the workers is as nice as him! When we was done eating he saw me picking up my trash came back to my table and said no maam I got it and enjoy the rest of your day! I insisted on doing it he said no! I love my job and love what I do its my pleasure to make sure experience here a great one! So if a manager sees this review tell Kurt its been years since I have had this kind of service and will be coming to this PDQ from now on! Again amazing service thank you Kurt the world needs more kind, polite, smiling and happy people like you!

PDQ used to be much better and it used to be my favorite fast food chicken restaurant. However, they seem to have gone downhill a bit as far as quality goes. They got rid of their wheat bun and they no longer give that chunk of crisp lettuce that made their sandwiches so good. Instead you get a real thin slice of lettuce that really adds nothing to the sandwich. Their chicken is delicious when done correctly, however the past couple times Ive been there Ive had issues with undercooked grilled chicken. PDQ is not a horrible place by any means. Theyre sides, hand cut fries, salads, apple slices and tenders are very good. If they would just bring back the original sandwich and get their grilled chicken right it would still be my favorite go to chicken place, but honestly I visit there less and less now that "the other" chicken place opened up a mile away where quality is more consistent.

Excellent food, great service, and good value is why we keep coming back to PDQ. The speed cant be beat: I often cant even get my drink before my order is ready. The tenders are the big thing, and are the best Ive ever had. Im completely spoiled now, and have impossible expectations for other tenders. But, if you arent in the mood for tenders, every other regular item on the menu is worth your time and money. Sometimes their "special items" arent so special, but I think they run them that way so they can test the waters before launching big.

If you miss "Hops" restaurants signature chicken tenders as much as I do - salvation (salivation) is at hand! The former owner of Outback (and Hops chain), started PDQ restaurants! Awesome food including incredible chicken strips and infamous sauces that taste identical to the original Hops recipe. I ate there yesterday - Delish! Oh - and fantastic service, too! PDQ - One suggestion... How about adding the melt-in-your-mouth honey butter croissants, too?! Seriously, that would put you guys over the top. :)

The food at PDQ is excellent but it is the service that really sets this place apart from other restaurants. In fact, their service should be the model for all fast food restaurants. After one of my orders was accidentally incorrect, the staff not only corrected it, but they also offered me a coupon for a complimentary meal on my next visit. Since then, I have been a loyal customer to the Wesley Chapel location. With friendly staff and quality food, you will not be disappointed when you visit.

Its scary how quickly the food comes out after you order. You can spend countless hours at their fountain machine creating Franken-soda concoctions. Honestly though, the dips and dressings are what keep me coming back. Their ranch dressing is clearly a direct copy of Outbacks Ranch. Which is fantastic. Honey Mustard is also great. Their menu is somewhat limited, but thats ok. Just get some chicken strips and fries and youre good. They have new, creative shakes periodically as well.

My first experience ever with PDQ. Went around 1pm on a Wednesday (end of lunch rush?). Drive thru was busy so I went inside and was second in line, so not much of a wait. Cashier was friendly, and I had my food quick; I waited maybe a minute after I got my drink. But they gave me soggy fries and forgot to give me any sauce or ketchup - I didnt notice till I got home, so no chance to get it fixed. The chicken tenders were a little dry, so I really missed the sauce.

Today was the first day I have ever walked into a pdq because we do the have them where Im from and I had the best service ever the cashier bought my meal for me and recommended a the meal I loved it! I think this guy deserves a promotion because of how knowledgeable he was about the menu and how he greeted me when I walked in. I hope this review makes a difference for you detritch Im not sure I spelled that right but you know who you are thanks a ton!!

After posting a review about a misunderstanding about their military Monday. Their operations manager contacted me after I was a little upset they didnt honor military Monday every Monday like Ive had in the past. They clarified military Monday is first Monday of every month. He went above and beyond to make a misunderstanding right. This place is the best as far as Im concerned

This is the way service should be. They are always nice and quick but today was a wow moment. We ordered a turkey sandwich they accidentally gave us chicken. Not only did they say keep the chicken they apologized and gave us anfrre meal coupon for next time. Sit down restaurants could learn from this. Heck any business should learn from this. Wish I could give 6 stars.

I came to PDQ for the first time on a Saturday night & ordered via the drive-thru. They give free "puppy tenders" chicken tender treats if they see you have a dog in the car with you. The girl at the window was really sweet; suggested a good sauce to go with my zucchini fries. Their zucchini fries were too mushy for my taste, but the batter was soooo good!!

I love this place. I get welcomed by the staff by name. I know each of the mangers by name. Zucchini fries are amazing! They make them fresh so they take a little bit longer. A few tips: if you dont want a side ask to substitute an extra tender or more nuggets, ask for a larger drink with meal for only .10, also anyone can order a kids meal.

they really really really really need to work on the drive through service during the week at lunch time. you are guaranteed to be in the drive line for over 30 mins if you get there after 12!! its ridiculous. However if you go inside youre in and out within less than 5 mins, which is a good thing but that drive through is AWFUL!!!!!!

Was not a fan for a long time after many horrible experiences at another location. I was quite surprised when I enjoyed every bit of my fresh chicken tenders and hot seasoned fries. The servers were polite and encouraging toward finding a good dipping sauce. I look forward to trying something new next time.
