Granted I have only visited this location twice, it was horrific. I would assume its because everyone behind the counter was either in highschool or in their teens. 2 of them were using their cell phones , forgot to put sauce I ordered, was confused when I went back in to get the sauce, handed me a plastic knife and the sauce in a cup and said here, you can spread it on your sandwich. Didnt apologizes for the inconvenience ( I had to drive back) and took over 5 mins for me to recieve the knife and sauce. Seemed all the employees were joking with each other and texting. Also when I said "oh, hi... no big deal but you forgot to put anything besides the chicken on the sandwich" the response was "Uhhh... okayyyyy.... I guess that sucks" and then a blank stare until I had to ask for the sauce. Second time forgot to put food in the bag, and I waited another 5+ mins for my wedges and sauce (again) and I asked not to give me a cup please. It was more of a joke the second time because I was the only one in the parking lot both times. Its slow because its horrible...get it right KFC, your food is great, but employees are young and have no supervision to teach them ( I am assuming) they are kids and hey...they want to have fun, I get it... but get someone to keep the crowd pleased and you will get more service. I foresee this location closing by the end of the year.

Stopped for lunch & wish I didnt!!! My food was lukewarm & the service sucked! When a customer asks for certain things then thats what they should get! The lady taking my order & cashing me out was not friendly at all very curt! Didnt put the sauce I asked for in the bag or napkins! I will not be going back & will be making a call to corporate! This is the 2nd time I went thinking maybe they just had a off day nope everyday is a off day!!!! >:-(

Not even sure if the food was good because Julie over charged me and since i didnt ride along i didnt notice until i got home. Thanks for making me pay $40 for the "special" today an 8 piece bucket meal that should have been $16.99 and then got an attitude with me about it when i called. Ruined my appetite! Thanks Julie!!!!

Just ordered a couple of hot wings and it took about ten minutes or so before I got them, but they were steaming hot and tasted great.. The guy behind the counter offered me a free drink for the wait so Id say the service isnt too bad either.

Breast was dry and small. I use to love KFC because they had juicy, plump breasts. The gal at the window said they were coming out nice today (yesterday). Well, if what I got was nice Id hate to see bad! Last trip. Publix is better.

I havent been to KFC IN YEARS! Well. Im not going again. The prices are outrageous! The gravy burned. And the chicken looked like it had anorexia. The staff was friendly though.
