This is the 2nd time in two weeks that I have a problem. The first time they did not give my complete order. When I called the person who answered the phone was not very pleasant. So I sent a review into the Corporate and they said they were sorry and sent me a coupon. So I got here today around 5 pm and order the original 6 piece and they ran put of chicken and ask me to wait. This place needs new management and new employees. I know things happen but come on. I will never go back there, I would rather eat chicken from Winn-Dixie

Customer service for the lack there of was not the greatest and the food was alright. I give a restaurant three chances and on the three different occasions that I visited this location I was disappointed with the customer service, the cleanliness of the store needs to be improved upon as well as working more on the accuracy of orders. I will not be going here for a long time if every again.

purchased 2 meals, plus an order of cold slaw, at the drive thru, got home NO Cole slaw, went back with receipt and encountered a very very rude young fella, at the drive thru this was about 6:30 Sunday the 25th of June. I dont expect anything for free, but when I pay for something I expect to get, it and not with a surely face.

All the food was perfectly cooked. The original recipe chicken was juicy and hot and the mashed potatoes were perfect. I got takeout and my order was filled correctly and promptly. The employee was helpful and friendly. The parking lot was full and the dining room was filled with customers.

They mess up my order once in a while, but fix it. Its a pain in the butt to have to go back to the restaurant because I have to make a u turn twice just to go back through the drive thru. Most unfriendly parking lot ever!

Service, accuracy, and availability of food all seem to vary quite a bit. It ends up feeling like a coin flip as to whether or not it will be a good visit, but nearby choices are limited and often have the same problems.

All the food on the buffet looked like it had veen there for 5 hours and had just been stirred. Ive been there many a time @nd wont go back after today. Theres no excuse other than Piss poor Management.

Very greasy food and I love the chicken and gizzard but this particular kfc can never get it right. I hope they can get good management because the next good kfc is in Ocala....

Gross. All of my food tastes like its been under the heat lamp for hours. Nasty, dry and chewy. And no silver ware so I have to keep starving until I get home to a spoon
