Terrable service! If there were such thing as 0 stars, I would give them 0 stars, NO HESATATION! My mom ordered 4 pot pies and they gave us only 3, But yet they charged us for 4 pot pies.Then We ordered original chicken AND grilled chicken, they didnt give us grilled chicken, but they charged us for original chicken AND grilled chicken. They took very long to prepare the grilled, original chicken, 3 pot pies, and mashed potatoes. They were searving other people that came in after us insted of searving us. This is the 2nd time we ordered something that they didnt give us! I mean really? Im not going to even go back to that KFC even if its the last KFC on Earth! If you go to a KFC, please dont go to this one until they get better at searving people. Thanks.

I was here on Friday evening between 545pm and 6pm. I ordered the big box dinner 3pcs chicken 2 sides and a bisquit. I. Asked the person taking my order what 3 pcs of chicken comes in the big box dinner and the reply was 3 pc 2 sides a biscuit. There was a 20 minute wait for extra crispy so I got the original recipe and paid extra for a breast never was asked what sides I woke up Saturday morning sick throwing up and the runs. I ate the leg and thigh the breast I placed in a zip lock bag I threw it away the grease was lying in the bottom was awful. Dont know how long your original recipe chicken sits around. Not asking for a refund but this KFC I will no longer visit.

You can hear the boredom and how uninterested they are. Everytime I go I just get rushed by and hurried out the drive thru. I think its rude to say "that it?" after each item I order especially when you havent given me the opportunity to say the next thing. On a different note they tossed in a free lemon cake even though I dont like lemon anything after I had to drive all the way back for an item in my bag. Please check your bags people because the employees never do at any of these restaurants anymore.

Service is always quick and friendly. I would prefer grilled chicken. But it is not offered at this KFC location. The 5 dollar fill ups are substainal for the price. They will even adjust the pieces of chicken if you dont like one that is included in the combo. I like to get either two drumsticks or the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and cheese.

My friend brings me lunch to work in LWR and decided on KFC today. He ordered the famous bowl that comes with mashed potatos and gravy, corn and chicken. I cannot believe this is what he was given. I called and no one picked up. They called back and did not respond. When I called again the call cannot go thru #starving

Order a Xl family size . Its a 16 chicken pieces and I only got 8 lol had to drive back then the chicken was burnt lmao I cant with this KFC anymore then they forgot 2 of our sides that I paid extra for . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ! VERY disappointed now here waiting 10 extra minutes for my sides that they forgot .

Upon entry the lobby was disgusting. Bathroom was putrid. Employees were joking around and on their phones. The line was extremely long and orders could not be filled because They ran out of CHICKEN AND BISCUITS. Totally unacceptable. We left with no food. That entire day shift staff needs to be fired.

I give 3 stars for the food because a little greasy and 1 star for their service and cleanliness (dirty bathroom and vestibule). Some employee have memory problem and dont care. Also I found errors with my order several times and had to correct them......

If you are open until 10pm you should be able to order popcorn chicken at 945pm. They started throwing stuff away cause they were so slow so they lost out on a 30.00 sale. The service has gotten worse consistently. They need to hire a better crew.
