What a shame - yet again- Get to my destination after having picked up a salad to see missing from it, almonds, chicken..old cucumber slices and old avocado. An $11.00+ salad. I am so sick of Panera missing it. This is another location that disappoints. They overcharge and under deliver. The voucher to cover the mistake was put in the mail today to make right the situation. Today - for lunch - im left wanting to throw it out. This is probably the 5 or so time I have been this annoyed with this chain. I specifically needed protein today and thats exactly what was left out.

9/12/2016 Not sure why I came bck here. Just as bad this time. My pick-2 is a very sad portion and I dont see any value. I mean, look at the sandwich. Chaning to 1 star. No Parma, they were out. Salad was brown and had a strange oder. The guy that made my food had an attitude when I told him one of the fountain drinks were out. Also, at the register the cashier cannot scan your membership card. Big oversite buy the company when deciding to have the cards not to have the scanner. I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because of my previous experiences.

Came in this morning with 4 children and 2 adults. We placed our order and paid for breakfast. The manager then told us they are not serving breakfast. The counter girl said, " It is only 10:30." The manager said they are in the process of switching for lunch and was not able to make the breakfast sandwiches. Not even a sincere apology from the manager when she walked away from us. We couldnt even order lunch because it was 10:30 in the morning. Bad customer service. No worries... Came to the Collegeville Diner for a better experience and BREAKFAST.

The best Panera I have ever been too. Such good atmosphere and the employees are so friendly and helpful. I saw one of the managers help an elder lady transfer her hot drink into her own travel mug. I came during lunch hour (which is their busiest time) and the food came out fast and delicious. All my orders were correct and my latte tasted as good as I would expect it. I cant say that about any other Panera that have been too.

Good choice for a quick soup and sandwich. Tomato soup was too sweet for my taste, but adding salt did the job. Sandwich was good. They offered us pastries for 99cents - it wasnt clear if they were "day old" or if that is something the do at the end of the day - but the muffin was stale and not edible. The other 2 pastries, a cheese danish and cinnamon bun were also a bit stale around the edges, but other than that, quite good.

I have only been to this location of Panera once, but I expect to come back soon! I ordered a lobster roll and it was excellent. I really like their menu and the options with it, not too extensive that it is too hard to decide, but just enough that there is something for everyone. Service was pretty good, but the wait was a little long and the food seems a little overpriced. But overall good facility!

I had not gone to Panera Bread in a long time and now I wonder why? For 1/2 the price if dining out (before tip) next door, we got the quality and freshness if the food you expect from the franchise. The service was fairly quick. But even if we had to wait a bit in line, looking at the food (bread, patisseries, etc...) , smelling it made it worth it. Thumbs up.

Little disappointed today , woke up early and decided to drive over to the Collegeville store to surprise my family with fresh bagels. To my dismay there were only 5 sesame bagels for sale even though the store just opened !
