This is absolutely the best fast food experience I have EVER had. In pouring rain, two employees in ponchos brought umbrellas to escort us in the restaurant. The staff looked extremely neat and professional in their uniforms and were very polite and courteous. I am a firm believer that if an employee looks sharp, they will be sharp. Because of the weather there was a line at the double drive thru outside, but it was moving well and the kitchen did not look chaotic, just busy Again, smooth and efficient. While dining, one of the cashiers did not have a customer and came to our table and offered to refill our drinks for us. When we were leaving, the same two girls brought us back to our car with umbrellas. The whole operation was exemplary. Every restaurant in Tampa, not just fast food, should take note. This Chick-fil-A staff delivered a level of service I have not seen before in a fast food restaurant, and rarely in restaurants where I paid ten times the amount. This is the way it should be done. The staff should be commended.

This is the best place Ive ever been for fast food period this location they are amazing they treat u like ur in a 5 star restaurant. A short lady whom wears glasses and is white i think she makes my day i told her one day that u r doing an amazing job and i love seeing that ur working when i come because i no my experience is going to be great!!! She said well i love my job and i love making people happy and if i can make u smile then it makes my day let me know if you need anything else and enjoy your lunch. That statement Ive been telling people about forever i hate that i moved from over there because she is awesome and the customer service there period is awesome! She warmed my heart and made my day and if I could get that kind of service everywhere my life would be better she loved her job servicing people and making people happy!!! (FYI Its the first time i ever at at one and now i hope the other stands up to what this one does woth customer experience)

The service at this location typically exemplifies ideal fast food service. However, the last couple of times Ive visited here, Ive come for the free breakfast item, and the lines have been extra long. On this morning, I arrived at 10:22 to find a line stretching into the parking lot. As we creeped closer, & I stared at the clock, I wondered if Id make it. Alas, when I reached the speaker box at 10:32, I was told they were on lunch already. No, thank you. Seeing at least 15 cars in the two drive-thru lanes behind me, I can imagine most of these potential customers are as disappointed as I am. In fact the car behind me also declined to order lunch. To add *insult to injury*, the exit was blocked with cones, so I had to wait through the rest of the queue. BUT, it gave me time to write this review! I will update my review the next time I actually receive food from this location, free or paid. Note to self: get in line earlier for the free food.

Easily, and consistently, the best fast food experience Ive ever had. This location is often very busy, but they will run all six registers inside and both drive thru lanes to keep things moving smoothly. Every one of the people who works here offers first class customer service, always with a smile. They dont treat you like a number in line, but have people who will walk your food to your table and others roaming offering refills and tableside service. And they do all this without charging an arm and a leg; their prices are competitive with any other fast food chain. To top it all off, they dont just serve fast food, they serve good food fast. Among the best chicken Ive ever had. Bravo to every one of the fine men and women who make this place such a great place to eat.

Others restaurants could learn from the way this restaurant is run and the quality people they hire. I go there just about everyday for breakfast they know me by name and always greet me with my name and a smile. I cant say enough good things about this place. They really set the bar high. They put out a good quality product. The group of people I see in the morning have been there for a few "years". That tells me this business is a good place to work. If I am ever in a position that I need a job this is the first place Im going. I would be proud to join this group, they are like family

This place is awesome! Lunch time can be a pain due to long lines but Theyve got a quick system worked out that gets you thru quickly....or you can download their app & order ahead to avoid the wait. Ive been here countless times & never had a bad experience. Everyone is very nice & helpful. Love the indoor play area for the kids. Christmas time is a family tradition with us...we MUST go every year to see the SPECTACULAR Christmas light display!-complete with cookies & hot chocolate, Santa Claus, snow blower, Christmas music, Christmas movies, Christmas performances!..LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have not gone to Chick-fil-A for years. But they launched a mobile app and if you downloaded you get a free sandwich. Free food is the tastiest food ever, so I have it a try. The location is new and still smells like paint. The people working there were so nice and friendly. They have some cool sort of drive through conveyer belt contraption. I wonder how it works. They also have sugar free lemonade my favorite. The chicken was nice and tender and juicy and delicious and perfectly spiced even better than I remember. Shhh just dont tell anyone that I eat at Chick-fil-A.

The best drive thru experience ever! It was 12:20 in the afternoon Friday and it was packed inside and outside! Tons of cars lined up, we put our order in 2 min, cashier came to us that was 2 min and at the window was 2 minutes!!! A 6 min drive thru with all those cars was very impressive! The food quality was perfect, still hot after 7 min drive to the house! Everything fresh and perfect! This is why my money is spent at Chic Fil A and not at unhealthy McDonalds.

THEY TRULY DO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. after waiting in their drive thru for 10-15 minutes because of some issue with a previous customer they decided not to charge me since i had waited for quite some time their. completely caught me by surprise since must places couldnt care less about their customer. chick fil a truly does stand apart from other fast food places for their amazing customer service. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK

A shame the photo doesnt show their play area. My daughter loves Chicks play ares, so neat, cute and lots to do. Some of the employees are awesome, kind and attentive, others, well no comment, I guess theres always those types who dont care in the world, so I wont get into the details, I pay no attention to them. Love the salads and grilled chick.......and of course we love their Christmas lights, decoration & all..... . .
