Im glad I didnt let the bad reviews deter me from stopping at this location for dinner. How could I pass up a KFC buffet for $8.29. I did have to wait for someone to take my order. It was only a minute at most though. She was busy working in the back. The woman who took my order(Julie) was extremely friendly. She even brought a couple biscuits to my table. Because they were out of them on the buffet. I asked for a few other things. That they were either out of or what was there wasnt appetizing to me. Julie was awesome. I wish I lived closer to this location. The closest one to my house is the Sun City Center location. It isnt anywhere near as good as this location. The entire restaurant was very clean. There wasnt one dirty table in the restaurant. The buffet was kept clean. The restroom was clean too.

Had a very rude experience today at KFC. At the ordering station, two people were talking to me at once; a woman who laughed when I asked a legitimate question about an item on the menu, and a man who kept cutting me off and didnt even let me finish my order. When I got to the window, the man didnt even talk to me. There was no "your total is ___." Or "Thank you. Have a nice day". I turned to another drive thru establishment for the rest of my order, not KFC, with much better service and employees with an actual smile on their faces.

Ordered in the drive thru. We got to the window and they read back our order which was missing items. We we told to wait in the lot for 5 minutes for our food. 15 minutes later, my wife went inside to check in the order. It was still incorrect. We wanted Mountain Dew but were told it was out. We got Sierra Mist which did not taste good. I went inside to tell the staff and get new drinks. When. I told them, I was told to go to the fountain machine and get another drink. The inside of the restaurant literally smelled like feces.

This place is horrible. First I went inside and, although people obviously saw me, made no attempt to assist me. SO I decided to go through drive thru, since they seemed to be paying attention to them. Went through drive through and tried to order the snackers. After finally being able to get my order right, they just remembered they didnt even have the item! After that I just drove off. Bad service is enough to make me stay away from a place and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Second bad experience from this place, and Ive only been here the two times! Food has been cold both times, and multiple forgotten items. When you call them about your forgotten items they tell you next time you come to speak with management. I did this my first visit. Tonight on my second visit I told management that I had an issue before and that they owed me a coleslaw and side of mash potatoes, they told me that they had no record and that they owed me nothing! Never again

Dont even deserve one star, we ordered 12pcs chicken only and they gave us 10pcs cold chicken...the lady just gave us the bucket and turned away without saying thank you or youre welcome since my husband thank her....seriously??and not sure if they dont know how to count or theyre too lazy to even notice..plus, most of the chickens are so small like the size of a golf ball..i was gonna take them back but my husband dont want me to make a scene...worst worst customer service ever..

Paid for Buffett, it was not worth it in the slightest. Options are stuff not on menu and tastes gross. Who wants to eat bland black eye peas, hard white rice, and bland cabbage. The Mac and cheese was hard and dry, looked like it crap. I asked it to be replaced and guy tells me he has other customers waiting and I have to wait despite already paying. Food was not replenished on time either. It seems like the buffet is an inconvenience to them as well as its customers.

Just went for lunch. I went through drive thru to get 5 dollar fill up, tried to order zinger. I was told they didnt have it, so I got 3 piece chicken tender. The lady was super rude and I ended up with 2 pieces of chicken and literally 4 fries. I didnt even receive my receipt and when I asked for honey mustard she threw it at me and closed the window. No wonder there was nobody else in line. Will be calling corporate on this location.

We stopped for lunch here around 1 pm. We asked a question about what was on a sandwich and we were greated with attitude and transferred to another worker who then got our order wrong and gave us a cold piece of cheese on a hot sandwich. When I asked them to correct it and warm the cheese up I was told "we cant do that". Times are tough and the employees really shouldnt be so disrespectful over a chicken sandwich.

I only give this KFC a rating because I had to or I would not had. The service is horrible! No matter what time of day you order food they always make you wait for atleast 20 minutes. Then after all that waiting they still manage to screw up your order. The chicken is either over cooked or not cooked enough. Never in my life will I eat here. Ive given them one to many chances. I refuse to give them another!

The service is terrible they make you wait 16 minutes to get a chicken Pot pie. And the girl in the drive-through that took my order was very nasty attitude. Made me wait 5 min before she took my order. Ill never go back there again worst KFC. And their management thinks its a joke. Manager on duty had a bad attitude.

horrible horrible horrible i had it with these people.....today is my last day ever going to that kfc I hope that ignorant black lady at the drive through gets fired....she did not give me the gravy i ordered also i asked for hi c she gave me pepsi and charged me for 6 chicken littles instead of 3 horrible....

Worse service ever at the drive thru, was told to read the menu board. Here is a question for the staff entrusted to run this facility, what if I couldnt read? Would KFC be the subject of a large lawsuit for the rude and unprofessional comments of the workers? I encourage no one to eat at this facility!!!!

Very slow service, food on buffet was dry, looked like it had been sitting out all day, had to ask for fresh chicken, did not have any vegetable sides, such as green beans & corn Ladies bathroom had a puddle of soap on floor almost slipped

Extremely horrible service, for this to be a fast food restaurant theyre not fast at all I been in line for 20 minutes and still havent ordered but I am at the intercom to order I was just placed on hold . Do not come here service sucks .

This place ALWAYS FORGETS THE SAUCE! I even reminded them what kind of sauce I wanted twice today, and I get home and NO SAUCE. Its a simple concept. Put the sauce in the bag when ordered. Foods mediocre, service is only slightly better.
