Very Rude and Unfriendly staff! Wings are better at other places and so is customer service, so dont waste your time & money at this hole! Will never go back here after the rudness, especially. Times are tough and if I cant get good food without such a high price and it be good, Im paying my hard earned money somewhere else. Publix wings are better than these. Wing Stop is too expensive to pay and get crappy poor and rude customer service too.

After paying for my $$ the wait time was supposedly 20 minutes and as I sat there waiting they forgot to give us our food and everyone behind me got their food first and after 45 had passed they just got it for me after having to go back up and ask for it. The employees are rude and need help in there work training department. First and last experience in there! Thanks for cold food and a horrible experience.

Okay so like most big franchises you need to be careful not all places have good food and great service this place was horrible worst lication ever ive been to 4 differnet states and non have been as bad as this one ! I called to place my order over the phone no answer i tried 3 times and nothing ... so i went down there and ordered to go... i got niggets for wings.... i guess next time ill try sonic wings

I called to place an order in advanace so I wouldnt have to wait and the phone just rang and rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL!!! The food is great but the service is awful which takes the joy out of going to this place. I only gave it one star but the computer keeps malfunctioning and giving it all 5.

Chicken was stringy and tasteless. My sauce, which was original hot, was not great not hot at all. Fries where the only decent part, the taste was good but the fries where undercooked and limp. VERY overpriced. Dont go unless you want some decent fries.

I always order online, I enjoy being able to walk in, grab my order and be out quickly. Theres a line sometimes but still not much of a wait. Theres also lots of wing flavors to choose from which is great

For a resturant, the worst customer service ever. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else where they at least give me the apperrance that they want my business. The service makes the food bad.

I love the wing sauce! But the 15% price bump, for the increase in size of chicken wings, has kind of shunned me away. Now theres too much chicken and not enough sauce

We get the $20 special with 20 wings, 2 large orders of fries, 2 drinks and 2 dipping sauce. Enough for lunch and dinner and quite good.
