Fukumimi shows Vegas what Ramen is all about. The Gyoza is must have, fresh and tasty. The sauce is great and really accompanies the Gyoza. The environment is simple and somewhat tight which is normal for Ramen Shops. The Ramen: I have had each bowl and thus far my favorites are the Tonkutsu Miso and Fukumimi. They are wonderful, the broth is rich and has a great taste, the Miso is thick and has a real warm feeling to it, plus the Chashu is wonderful, it falls apart in your mouth and really has a strong flavor which adds to the Pork flavor. The noodles are great, good texture and taste and a good amount. Plus adding in the Corn, Egg, Green Onions really make the the tastes fresh and well done. I have been going here for almost 3 months now, I do go to other places and try new bowls and really Fukumimi is the best thus far. The food, the service, and overall quant environment is why I keep coming back.

NO JAPANESE CHEFS HERE!!! The OPEN KITCHEN consists of 4 Hispanic Cooks/Chefs. Probably under New Owner. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO WILL BE STOLEN HERE! See photo how they leave your Credit Card receipts WITH YOUR SIGNATURE ON IT right by the front door for any undesirables to steal. NO ONE THAT WORKS THERE SPEAKS JAPANESE. The Wait staff does NOT speak Japanese, mostly Vietnamese; tryinging to force diners out half way done with their meal so they can turn tables and speaks and acts as if someone owes them money. FOOD IS HORRIBLE (Frozen then de-frosted smell)!!! SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!! Zero clue why this place was rated any good. Maybe it was good in the past with the previous owner but DEFINITELY TERRIBLE now (2/7/17)! Most Disappointed!

I think i got food poisoning here once. I came here on Thursday (6/02/16) after leaving i felt totally fine of course. However the fallowing day I had diarrhea i shrugged it off at first not realizing it was the beginning of a terrible weekend. I have to also note this was the first time i had eaten out in weeks and i havent had food poisoning before until it occurred to me it couldve been this place. After the frequent trips to the restroom, growing fever, and pounding headache had confirmed all of my fears. I remembered i ordered a garlic chicken appetizer, a fukimimi ramen, and a sweet shredded pork bowel. The food was good and i honestly cant think of anything else to have had made me so sick.

The online reviews dont lie. This is prob one of the best Ramen spots in Vegas. Since its away from the strip it doesnt get as crowded and even though the place is small (about 5-6 tables and 6-8 for bar area) it serves fast so rotation does not take long. The Ramen itself is beautiful and tasty! They have quite a few variations and some starters like kimchi, gyozas, edamame, ohhh and the garlic chicken! Excellent! The price for this place is also very affordable, not expensive at all! Def a must go! ~~~ SPANISH ~~~ Diria que es el mejor ramen en Vegas, vayan, no se van a arrepentir! El precio es sorprendente para Vegas tambien.

It is always the small buried Ramen joints that are the best, and fukumimi was no exception. They wait staff was really friendly and willing to deal with our large group and two kids. The Ramen was excellent, the broth was prepared with care and the flavors were on point. We also got some of the fried tofu to start and that was amazing. The fry was delicate but flavorful. The tofu was not overwhelming in the slightest. I would and want to go here again.

We hit Fukumimi 3 times in 2 days. Crispy well seasoned karaage came with nice greens and ginger dressing. The kimchi is top notch, feel like I can eat it forever. The ramen is perfectly aldente, the broth is silky with perfect umami flavor, with a perfectly cooked half boiled egg. The tonkotsu brings me back to Kyushu. Authentic and nostalgic flavors and atmosphere. Absolutely in love.

I love this place so much, the food is fantastic, looking and tasting amazing. The service is wonderful and friendly. The food comes out really fast, even when theyre in a rush. Its the best hole-in-the-wall join you could ever find. I suggest the Honey Garlic Chicken as one of their sides, its so delicious. The Cheshu Bowl is wonderful and the Fukumimi Ramen is my personal favorite.

Would be 5 stars if they had a greater selection of dishes without pork. Most of their Ramen dishes had pork. We had the Kara-Miso Ramen which was very good, and the Tori Ramen (chicken) which was also very good. They had no problem substituting thick noodles for the thin that were listed for the Tori Ramen. We would recommend this place. (edited to correct kara-miso spelling)

Many restaurants close for a few hours after lunch time, but this Fukumimi Ramen keeps opening from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.!!! Just like Japanese Ramen Shop, Ramen was served so quickly after their taking the order. Both Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Shio Ramen were very good, yet inexpensive. I wish Fukumimi Ramen can open another restaurant here in Hawaii.

Found this by using google maps and reviews. Figured it was worth checking out (and ignoring the bogus negative reviews). My wife, myself, and everyone we take loves this restaurant. Its one of the best ramen restaurants weve been to. Always seems full too which is a testament to its quality. Its one of amazing hidden treasures of Las Vegas.

Ive had almost every kind of ramen variation they offer and loved every one with the exception of the chicken based broth. I personally thought it was a little bland, but thats not Fukumimis doing. Chicken just isnt strong compared to the others. I highly recommend this place! Also, the fried chicken is the bomb.

Un excellent ramen fukumimi et des tarifs très raisonnables. Je le conseille à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir ou retrouver les saveurs du Japon.

I love the ramen here! Its so flavorful without being overly gamey. They even have a vegetarian ramen option which tastes great! Come early though, you might have to wait a long time if you dont want to eat at the community table.

When you crave noodles and not the microwave kind, this is one place I go. It small and always busy. Seems the be theme with Japanese restaurants. Bowl is pretty big. So come hungry. One down side is that the tea comes in a can.

Friendly staff and wonderful customer service. Their single page menu offers delicious choices of mostly pork ramen(couple chicken ones too). Do try the gyoza and karaage. Theyre SO good! Well definitely be coming back again. <3

Authentic ramen with amazing taste and staff. They offer other Japanese dishes as well in the event youre not a ramen lover. Be there a little early if going for lunch, the place is small and fills up quickly.

Very digusting, will not be back. First time and last time here. Noodles didnt taste fresh, broth was cold, no flavor at all. Rude emails employees. Small, clastrophobic, hot place. Will not recommend.

Authentic Japanese ramen with choices of different flavors in addition to the tonkotsu based broth. The taste is good. Side dishes are also recommended. Waiting staff are not necessarily efficient.
