They get 2 stars for the service. Waitress was friendly and quick to refill our drinks, prices were fair for portions but the food was sub par and I couldnt even choke down those sausage links, I tried, not even smothering them in syrup or gravy helped, my husband agreed, thought maybe it was me so I had him try a bite. The hash browns were good, the whites in my eggs were still pretty runny but not enough to send back, its not easy to make a proper over easy egg. Husband didnt like the breading on the chix fried steak but the gravy helped (the gravy was good) Honestly we wont be back, excellent service doesnt make up for lacking food quality. We ate, we paid, we left, were glad we can resume going to our usual breakfast place next week! Similar prices, much better food!

We came here once before and turned away because they only accepted cash, but with cash in hand finally we came back to try this diner and im so thankful we did. The staff were family friendly, with great, cheery attitudes and helpful suggestions, and the cook. My god. I ordered the eggs and steak, medium rare, and Ive never had a juicier, beautifully cooked steak in my life. Usually I eat steak with A1 sauce because its too dry or flavourless without, but even though I asked for the A1 it sat unopened on the table until we left. Never had a better experience, all for pretty cheap. Great diner, great food, great people.

I had been meaning to try this neat diner for breakfast and finally got around to it. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a coffee. The coffee was good; pretty standard run-of-the-mill coffee. The biscuits and gravy were quite good. Other breakfast establishments take note - the full order of biscuits and gravy here are what you should be serving. Large biscuits and a thick, mild gravy are worth more than the $4 they prescribe. While I prefer a spicier sausage or gravy, it was still quite good. Service was fast and friendly and the interior was more upscale than I had anticipated. Ill definitely be back.

I got the country fried steak and my daughter got the biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious. The pancakes were okay. They werent as light and fluffy as id like. Prices were average, and the waitress was superb. She came around several times to see how we were doing. The food came very quickly; i was very surprised at their speed and efficiency. They only accept cash, but theres an ATM in the place.

Visited for the first time with 3 people in our group and had a wonderful breakfast/lunch. The omelets are packed with meat and cheese..more than we could finish which is very nice to see. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger. My only complaint and it is rather small...15 cents for tomato and lettuce each. I dont see the point in that, but I would still say that the place is a good place to eat.

Good food for a small hole-in-the-wall diner. Prices are fair too. I had an omelette that was above par for taste and a friend got liver and onions at 7am (hes a night shift worker so breakfast is his dinner) and they were happy to make it for him. Everything on the menu is available during business hours so everyone is sure to find something theyre in the mood for.

Terrible food. Two adults and two small kids $36 for frozen food? No thanks! My mashed potatoes were powdery, the frozen chicken was burnt, pancakes had plastic wrapper still on one edge, tenderloin was slimey. The service was good but the food was legitimately bad!

Cash only, with ATM. Order the breaded tenderloin if you want to be blown away. The largest one is comically gigantic. The staff are tightly knit, and its a great place for diner food or a late afternoon breakfast. The only downside is they close early for a diner.
