Keep in mind, I only took notice of these conditions after wed ordered and sat to eat - BUT- Filthy restaurant, especially for such a widely recognized chain! Black flies buzzing in the windows, tables needed wiped down, floors unclean - and the restroom- dont even get me started. I ordered a 3pc dinner, and the chicken was soggy and had been sitting under the lamp for a while. I overheard the manager - who was helping to expedite food for the 2 pregnant cashiers - tell one of them that he was having trouble hearing due to the severe cold he was suffering thru at the time. WTF?? touching peoples food?! I would steer clear of this location, to say the very least!

This is one of the worst run restaurants of any sort in the Tampa area. The entire staff of this Popeyes is hood, and incredibly unprofessional. As soon as you pull up to the drive thru, they are conditioned to turn the headset off immediately. They wont acknowledge you for another 30-60 seconds, at best. Then their laughing when taking orders in the drive thru, just acting incredibly immature. This wasnt one visit. This is EVERY single time I visit there. I wish there was another Popeyes around, but these hoodrats have the Monopoly, because there isnt another store for 20 miles. Without that fact, their business would be cut in half.

Now granted I got there right before closing the chicken was absolutely disgusting. The red beans and rice was cold and hard. And the mashed potatoes and gravy was just straight salt. It was about 930 pm. I understand it was 30 minutes before they closed. And I didnt expect it to be 5 star dining but I expected my food to be at least warm. I was popeyes biggest fan.....but now I think I will try KFC AGAIN

Food was cooked well but they need to clean their fryers because you could heavily taste all the grain from the old food in your meal, thats what made my once great experience into such a bad one, the side was fine the drink was flat like the carbonation machine had broken down on them, it literally tasted like syrup water, I was heavily disappointed with my experience, idk if Ill ever come back.

The chicken is ok, however the service is extremely poor! The drive through worker appeared upset that we wonted to ADD to our order! Imagen that I, wanted to buy more chicken ( my order was already over $20) and spend more money and your server got ticked off at me saying words to the affect of " this woman keeps adding shi! Well rest assured I will never order from Popeyes again!!!

I just got a lemonade with a large plastic bag at the bottom of the cup, I only found it because I couldnt put a straw in to the bottom, we ordered two mashed potatoes, got one and one beans and rice, ordered two brownie desserts got two pies. I should have known better. Please take this as a warning, this place is a wreck.

I purchased 4 five dollar big boxes. Was charged 35 dollars for all four. Recieved no straws with my drinks recieved only one side, when theres suposed to be two sides per box. My fries where nasty and cold. Horrible serves. I will be calling up there and calling corporate! One pissed off customer.

Ordered the 3 spicy tender "dinner" which cost 8.55 and I got some bland a** chicken that wasnt spicy with NO SAUCE, small sized fries which tasted more like sticks of sand, a biscuit and medium sized drink that was 75% ice. But hey, at least they got the order right... WHAT A JOKE!

On two previous trips the food was okay and the place needed cleaning. This time I got really fresh and hot food from the drive through. Had to go inside and get utensils and extra napkins and noticed the place was a lot cleaner. Will definitely be back for more spicy chicken!

The manager (a little red head) was very nice. The drive thru, tattooed guy was extremely pleasant. The lady who took my order however....rude and unprofessional. Ive been in the fast food industry up north and that nonsense would NOT be tolerated.

The customer service was beyond poor they were rude, not a delightful experience at all. Not sanitary the bathrooms are worse then old gas station bathrooms, this place is disfusting needs new management!! Asap

I eat here a few times a week for dinner.... Not sure where all the negativity comes from , I usually order via drive-thru and never have an issue great chicken strip meal and staff is very friendly !!
