The visual appearance of the restaurant does not match the food quality. My partner and I ordered a 1 pound chicken salad and a cajun roast beef on a croissant. The chicken salad tasted like a tuna salad with extra salt and the cajun was bland, if not for the mayo and mustard I added. I had a side of fresh fruit, which turned out to be fresh frozen fruit (was still a bit solid and mostly tasted like water). The staff and location are friendly and clean, respectively, however I would not return for the food.

Wonderful, is the best way I can describe our experience at Chicken Salad Chick. We had our baby shower in the private room. The planning was simple. Everyone was so friendly and the food... Lets just say there wasnt much left of the platters or side dishes. All of my guests were first time visitors & raved about how good everything was. We had a combination of classic & buffalo chicken salad, deli sandwiches with the pasta & broccoli salad. Thanks to everyone there for the great experience.

I try to go once a week because its so delicious! Excellent customer service! Randomly there was another person with my name today and our orders were mixed up for take out. I realized this as I made it back to work, called them, and the manager was super nice and apologetic and they even had someone deliver my lunch to my office! I cant speak enough on the level of service they provide!

Its happened 3 times now. I go before 11am to avoid the crowds but they are more focused on they catered orders. I have waited 10 - 15 minutes each time when I am the only person in the store. Why open if you do not intend to service walk in costumers? My order each time has been 2 large containers to go. Bad business model. It only takes seconds to fill containers. I give up!

Good food, but pricey. I didnt mind it so much when they first opened, but the portions have gotten smaller, starting to up-charge for some things now, so not the best value for your dollar. Still one of the better choices for lunch in the area, but something thats not that difficult to make at home; its just chicken salad with some add-ins.

The chicken salad is amazing. I got the kickin Kay Lynne after trying samples of a few options. I didnt even think Id like the spicy ones but Im glad the cashier told me I could try as many as I liked. The experience was excellent, I didnt feel rushed at all. The food was ready in under 5 minutes! I will bring people next time!

If youre a chicken salad fan, this is the place for you! They allow you to sample anything before you get it. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. While I was here the staff was walking around with free samples of new chicken salads theyre putting on the menu! Pleasantly surprised by this wonderful place! Will be a returning customer.

Ive been going here since they opened. I absolutely love it and everything (food, staff, atmosphere, etc) is wonderful. I even got my mom hooked on it too, and she doesnt even live here. They did tell me that Luau Lydia will be going away soon, so thats pretty sad. Definitely download their app because the rewards are nice.

I checked this place out for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. Interesting concept & food selection, friendly/efficient staff (order at counter & they bring order to your table). Soda/tea are self serve, which I like. Flavorful soup & sandwich. Portions a bit small in relation to the price, but not too bad.

The best chicken salad youll ever try! With quite a few unique flavors to choose from, this has become a Saturday staple for us. My favorites are jazzy julie, kickin kay, & sassy scotty. The place itself is very clean & large & the staff is extremely friendly. Oh and they let you sample anything before you order!

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Nice selection of chicken salads. We tried the original, southern, and savvy a Scotty and werent disappointed. Soup and sandwiches looked good too. Loved the decor and wait staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Will go back!

Food is good but a bit on the pricey side. I have been there several times now and every time they have overcharged me. Customer service needs work. The one in Palm Harbor is great! They make you feel welcome and help you through the menu. This one doesnt do that.

This place is amazing. It was so good I forget to take a picture. I strongly recommend this place! The staff is beyond friendly, and explained how it worked for a first timer like me. I had the Jalapeno Holly and it was a nice mixture of heat and flavors.

This is a Great place to go for Lunch, Brunch or an early dinner. They even have facilities for small parties such as Baby or Bridal showers. The staff is very helpful, the food is really good, and the place is bright, and clean. Love It!!!

The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I HATE broccoli and tasted my boyfriends broccoli salad and even that was tasty! They also offer student discounts!
