This is the worse place ever, because of the mean people they have working there. Meanwhile, I had visted this place back in June of 2017. I had some issues that was on tv that is against my Christian faith. Furthermore, I went ahead and complain about it, but was laugh at by two of the young ladys working at the front door. When I had asked for a manager. A young man name Mike who stated that he was the store manager. Mike laugh in my face, and told me to leave or he will called the police. I was so upset that a manger should treat a customer that way. As I was leaving, I asked for the HR number. Mike told me to leave or he will knock me out:however, I smelled school on his breath. I cant not believe that i was treated this way, over a simple complain, this Mike does not need to be working here. Meanwhile, he should be in jail. What happens if someone complains about there food. Will Mike knock them out and called the police?

I went here about a month ago or so and me and my family walked in to be seated. They were not that busy, but we waited about seven minutes and not one of the employees who walked by us said anything or seated us. My wife walked to the restroom and came back and we still had not been served or seated. At this point, I did not wish to spend my money or leave any tip with this type of service. I even wrote a complaint on their website and got back an automated response " Thanks for your feedback. Our Management Team will review your comments and respond in a timely manner. This is an automated email response. Our goal is to provide you with the appropriate information in an efficient manner. Thank you again for your interest." Not once have I been contacted. I didnt want to voice this complaint publicly, but they left me with no other option. Hopefully, this helps future customers get better service!!!

Old review.. January 2016 Enjoy dropping in for the wings and to watch all the big games on the numerous tvs. Service from Andre was excellent. Also, each table has an electrical outlet if your cell phone or device needs a charge in the middle of your fantasy draft...... or lunch. Follow up review. Feb 2016 To see where this Buffalo Wild Wings used to be in service to today is disappointing. Service used to be excellent. Today, however, service from our waiter was below average. Took over 30 minutes for a small, boneless order of wings on a Saturday afternoon. Started to question if the kitchen staff walked out cause very few tables had food. Never once was offered a refill. Did not see any sense of urgency from the wait staff.

My wife and I went here at about 2PM on a Sunday. For the most part the place was dead and looked to be in between rushes. We were seated promptly and while there seemed to be some confusion as to who was serving us, overall the wait staff was very nice. Our waiter checked on us frequently but no so much as to be annoying We split some cheese fries and wings. The fries were good, and the wings were a tad above OK. They were greasier than I have had before and one set seemed cooler than the others. It makes me think that rather than bring our food out as it was ready, they waited and left some of it on the heat lamp. We will go back at some point and we hope that maybe this was just an error on the wait staff.

Went here with my two kids. Had a bunch of other servers (many who I knew) come up and greet me and told me they would go get my server. After waiting more than 10 minutes to even get a drink order, my server finally got to me and told me sorry, she was on break. After still not taking my order, she told me she had to find a manager to clock her back in. after 15 minutes, she took my drink order, I told her I wanted to put my food order in (thank god for their touch screen games because my kids were restless and hungry) she walked off to get my drinks with no food order. After another 5 minutes my two kids got their waters and I still didnt have my drink so I proceeded to get up and walk out. Never going back.

You can read my review of Applebees in St. Augustine to understand more, but this place is AWESOME. It was my first time eating here in my 41 years of living, and they went out of their was to make sure that I could eat their food even though I had a shellfish allergy. Cross contamination is a big deal with an allergy and they sell shrimp here.I dont eat at seafood places, but most other restaurants will make sure I am safe to eat their food. Applebees could care less, but Buffalo Wild Wings made SURE I was safe to eat their food. I ate fried food and a burger and was fine because they make sure no shellfish is cooked with other foods just for that reason. Applebees and other places should take note.

The first time we went there we was seated & waited 20 minutes for our drinks. The waiter didnt come for refills the entire time we was there, we had to take our drinks in to a different waiter to get refills. Our food took forever and was almost cold when we got it. Then we call in 2 nights later for boneless wings. We ordered medium and we got smalls. So we called to tell them and they was going to correct it, THEN instead boneless the give us bone in. POOR SERVICE! Rude service! The gernal manger is very & no help! I will never eat here again on vacation! And I do not recommend to anyone! Very disappointed!

My worst experience ever in Saint Augustine we ordered wings and a sampler it came out in three minutes were figuring it was precooked. The waitress Coulda gave a crap about us. she did not one time check on us we did not get cups of water. overall very poor experience go to Longhorn instead...... O ya $40, I gave her $9 tip, the poor experience was not her fault just the restaurant for no training, letting the employees play on their phones and drink behind the bar while we waited for help ...... Thumbs down tt my experience, sad wings.

My family and I are here from out of town and went to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight at our daughters request as it is her birthday today. Arrived at BWW around 9:45 to no host / hostess at the front door. After waiting a couple of minutes my wife went and found a server to seat us. After sitting at the table for 5 minutes and having numerous staff walk by our table without acknowledging we were there, we left. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings for ruining our daughters birthday dinner!!

My first visit was OK. The appetizer was amazing but the wings wasnt good. I thought maybe it was just the flavor I chose. I went back today and ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and it was completely bland. It literally tasted like I only had lettuce, onions, tomato and cheese in between 2 thick buns. My daughters boneless chicken was heavily breaded with hardly any meat and was dry. We will not be going again.
