Waited about 20 minutes just to place my order, if I had not had a BOGO pizza coupon I may have walked out along with all the others behind me. I waited patiently sense we drove here just for this and I assumed maybe they were under staffed that night. After finally placing my order the cashier was very funny and friendly and making me laugh. And the pizzas were great! I also got a brownie which took me two days to eat it was so big! Lol. I think they were just understaffed that night or the girl making the pizzas was maybe new. Either way it was well worth the wait and Ill be back!

So good!! This was my first time at this location. I usually visit the location at the Artegon mall. We were in the area for Fiesta in the Park and stopped here along the way. Super delish! I ordered just cheese with chicken. So simple and so good! This location also has deal nights. The location was clean had a clean restroom as well! Which was helpful along the walk, and didnt have to use a portapotty. When in the area will definitely return!

Love this place. Went there more than 10 times. You can design your own pizza, its fresh and made in 2 minutes when there is no wait time. Price is also great! Workers are not always friendly, which is why I changed my review from 5 to 3 stars. Last time I came, they didnt care about us and helping us and see how many toppings we had left to choose. Be careful if you have allergies, they use the same knife to cut all pizzas.

Pure garbage. I ordered a Pineapple Pizza Sunday by phone and when I stopped by to pick it up they said they had forgot to make it. I didnt have time to wait so I went home and ordered online for delivery. I live 3 blocks away and 3 hours later I get a email saying the food wont be delivered and Ill be refunded in 7 business days. How can you expect to operate a business like this?

I love pizza@lake eola. Staff is super friendly. Fresh ingredients and toppings. Charlianne is always so kind and helpful with making recommendations. The first time I went, I was told by the gentleman behind the counter, that once I tasted this pizza, I would not want any other. BOY... He was RIGHT! I am hooked. Take my family there often. Worth the drive! A must try!

Worst customer service i may have ever experienced. Would not accept purchased coupons. Evette, the manager who clearly is miserable at her job did not step up and solve the problem what so ever. Very disappointed for our first time there. Will not return unfortunately. Please reach out if you are the company or the franchise owner. Thanks!

Awesome. Fast and friendly service. Customize your own pizza with an excellent variety of topping and flavors (TRUFFLE OIL), or go with one of their favorites. They have an awesome selection of craft beer + wine too. Options are endless, prices are affordable, and your steps away from a lakeside walk.

The Best Fast-Casual Pizza concept in town! So glad its right in down town. Staff is really on top of it and always very helpful with suggestions on my pizza creation! Like the fact that its pretty fast and convenient especially when you in the rush. So delicious as well!

This place was great! Quick enough for a lunch break, friendly workers, etc. The pizza was tasty, but there are some other spots nearby with slightly tastier - hence the 4 stars. However, I will likely choose this restaurant most days thanks to the convenience. Well done!

I just wanted to buy a drink and maybe a bit of food, but employees there were so unprofessional. They looked at us and went to go hide behind the counter and continue their conversation and pretend like we werent there. Needless to say we walked out without looking back.
