Went into restaurant and was seated immediately. Server walked past and took care of patrons behind us at least three times and did not acknowledge that we were even there. After waiting approximately 15 minutes,I used the little kiosk on table and pressed button to call server, blinked for approximately 2 minutes. After about 30 minutes of not being acknowledged and about to get up to leave, server finally came to table and asked how we were doing and what we would be ordering, we decided to leave, after we stated how long we had been sitting there and she acknowledged serving other patrons behind us but stating she did not see us sitting there for the past 30 minutes. On our way out, we asked for manager and the person who seated us,he looked and saw how long it had been since we had been seated and had not been acknowledged. He informed manager who was standing there at the time, after telling her of our experience, she laughed and asked if we wanted to be seated somewhere else. I am a frequent patron of Olive Garden but will not return to this location. Oh yah I forgot to mention this was Fathers Day and I was treating my husband to dinner.

We came here on 12/01/16 to celebrate my birthday. From being seated to being waited on, everything transitioned smoothly and everyone was very friendly. However, after a larger party came in, it felt as though our server Colin, neglected us (party of 2) just a little. He was very friendly and quick to listen, but the deliverance was a bit slow. At the end of the meal, I asked for a box for my dessert. Apparently the larger party (of at least 7) were also ready for take home boxes as well. Instead of bringing one to me, he assisted the other party with packing up their leftovers. I sat, waiting for a box, watching Colin take care of them. And my own box never came. Once I realized it would be an even longer wait, I left my half finished dessert (which was delicious!) on my plate and left just a bit disappointed. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our meals. Ive never had shrimp scampi and it was delightful. His steak was cooked the exact way he wanted it and even I thought the bite I had was amazing. Please remember that your smaller parties are still just as important as your bigger ones.

So we came to this Olive Garden between events of the Florida Film Festival. We got here and were seating promptly. The whole staff was super nice and all smiles. We get drinks and order our food. I just want soup, salad, and breadsticks. I get the Pasta e Fagioli (White and red beans, ground beef, tomatoes and pasta in a savory broth) because its absolutely the best soup. It all tasted like Olive Garden. It was a good time. I wanted three bowls, but I was only able to get two, because our server talked to some dude for literally 20 minutes as her other tables were waiting. I was not happy. Pretty much the reason this four star restaurant got a three stars with me. My girlfriend got the Ravioli di Portobello (Filled with portobello mushrooms, topped with a creamy smoked cheese and sun-dried tomato sauce), and it was also pretty good. I loved the mushroom filling. I wish more things were filled with mushrooms, and the sauce was good. Overall, it was an Olive Garden. Its the same pretty much everywhere you go, and you just gotta hope they dont mess up.

Extremely poor service, very disappointed in general. The food was decent, about what we expected from Olive Garden. Most frustrating was not receiving refills of drinks, parts of orders forgotten, and soup (what my wife and mother ordered ) that took an hour to (make a fresh pot) and bring to table. However, soup was cold when brought to table. The server had the berve to ask if we wanted to order desert immediately after he finally brought everyones main meal without ever bringing our drink refills we asked for. Most frustrating was that we went at 2:30 when they were almost empty in the dining room. No excuse for poor service, except obviously a staff that couldnt care less about the customer. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Tasty economic Italian food. The chicken gnocchi soup is AMAZING! The salad is always fresh and the dressing will make your taste buds dance. Went for a low cost lunch and opted for the $9.99 special which included soup or salad and pasta with a choice of sauces and meat. I chose the angel hair pasta with garlic alfredo sauce and added grilled chicken. YUMMY!!!!! The grilled cloves of garlic were huge and added another layer of flavor to the dish. I usually always get dessert when I got out to eat but I was so full and had food left over that I had to pass on the dessert. :(

To celebrate my mothers 60th birthday, I invited friends and family to join us at the Olive Garden in Winter Park. Its my favorite Olive Garden because the staff always makes you feel right a home. Id made reservations for twelve but nearly twenty people showed up, most after wed been seated. Our waiters were great; we especially appreciated Nivaldos great demeanor and attention to the guests. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the delicious food. Im so thankful that everyone at Olive Garden helped make my mothers special day a delightful experience.

Had a coupon for a free appetizer, apparently, restaurant didnt like that, because it was pretty awful, tasteless, etc., and they made a mistake on our bill, of course, in their favor. Greed reigns supreme. Also, my "Tour of Italy" dish came with three entrees. Only one had any flavor. The other two were again tasteless, probably old food. In college, we toured Italy on a starving artist budget. We ate like royalty. Everywhere, the Italian food was magnificent, no matter how cheap. American franchise restaurants just cant cut it. Sad.

I think the food has improved at Olive Garden since they tried to rebrand. I also think the interior seems much nicer. Overall the rebrand has gone quite well. They now have tablets that stay on the table from which you can order everything except the main dishes, which I find mildly confusing. It feels a little bit like a step in the opposite direction from their previous goal of looking higher-class. I felt that this change negatively impacted my interactions with the waiter. Overall still a reasonable place to get reliable food.

Bread sticks taste Frozen. Like literally I went there Aug 1 for my bday and I ordered a lot of Bread sticks. Lol they were luke warm. I got my order to go and got two kids meals. I only wanted breadsticks. I waited all week and imagined moist, hot, soft, buttery garlic bread drowned in Parmesan cheese. What I got was barely warm, drying sticks with hardly any butter or garlic or parm. I was so upset. Nobody has time to complain on their bday. Why cant people serve hot food and be consistent? The pasta was good. They liked it.

Have been going to Olive Garden for many years now the service and food I received today was well below par. Service was worth 4 stars only messing up a few drink orders. The kitchen was sending out undercooks food and raw sausage in their soups and a messy looking tour of Italy. Once we saw the manager he told us that the kitchen had been like that all day and they were short on management all together. Very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend this location in the future.
