The staff is always friendly, but the service has become disappointing. The second to last time I went, I ordered a menu item that contained meat. When I asked if I could substitute beans or potatoes, I was denied. I ended up paying full price for less food. They are not very accommodating. The last time I went, no one was there. We waited at the order screen for five minutes and no one greeted us. We drove around the building twice and found two employees cars, but no sign of the employees. This was on a Sunday at 8:30 am. They should have been open for an hour an a half. Their loss, not ours.

I go to this taco bell at least once a week. Usually I receive good service and never think to check the bag because its always on point . Past two times they forget my item the same item an apple empanada its super frustrating . It leaves a bad taste in my mouth because Im not going to drive all the way back for a dollar item but its like how hard is it to check the order and make sure its all there. Now the next time I think about eating fast food I probably wont go to this taco bell because I shouldnt have to constantly check and make sure Im not just donating money to taco bell .

50/50 shot they will get your order right. 50/50 shot they will understand the problem and correct it when you bring it to their attention. This is the closest location to my house so I just have to deal with the fact that I will probably have to have them redo my order at least once every time I go.

the costumer service is really good , they are very fast and the food is very good. My favorite are bean burritos with no cheese or hard shell tacos. They also have amazing prices and discounted soda freezes at happy hour , the air head freeze is super good

So I came through one day and ordered a drink with no ice. It wasnt full. I asked the girl if she could fill it up and she rolled her eyes and just filled a different cup. This isnt the first time I have received poor service.

At least 3 times my order was made wrong, the staff is friendly and attentive to customers. My incorrect food was replaced with no problems and I received an extra item for my troubles.

Always check your bag. They always forget an item when I go here. Dont order breakfast in the last 30 minutes or they will be out of everything and unwilling to make more.

They Always have cheesy gordito crunches freshly made hot when I used to live on this side of town, my son got the hard shell tacos his fave. Would highly recommend.
