This place was disgusting. I have never been to Cicis and I will never come back. The food was piled high on tables and the floor was covered in food. The tables and chairs were sticky. The pizza was good but it does nor make up for the disgusting dining area. The young lady, Chelsea, worked hard to get the tables cleaned but failed to clear the piles of food by my daughters head. I approached the manager who was busy working about moving pizza around and telling everyone what to do. He should have taken the time to clean the tables himself when he realized he had a problem. The gray shirt doesnt make you better than the team. He is not a team player but did apologize. The people preping the pizza did not have gloves on when they stuck their hand in the pepperoni bag. What if they sneezed in their hand and then touch the food. That contaminated food and you just gave the next person who is going to eat that whatever you have . The man in the yellow shirt with the glasses did nothing other than stand at the front by the register. Im not sure of his exact position but he could have been utilized much better. And I could not understand what the hell the girl said to me behind the register when I can in. I dont know if she was speaking English or what but I had to have her repeat herself 5 times. This place lacks teamwork and organization. Ive been in retail 22 yrs and I did the food to service for 7 yrs and I never in my life would allow my customers to see my restaurant is such disarray and disheveled. This is very sad that my 1st experience is my very last.

I visited this Cicis Pizza yesterday at 2 pm to have lunch...I was excited when I seen the restaurant because I had not been to a Cicis since I was a kid and I remembered how much I loved it then. My excitement was short lived. After I paid and went to find a place to sit the first thing I noticed was at least 10 dirty tables stacked with plates and no one had cleaned them up...I over looked the messiness and headed to the buffet...I was disappointed to say the very least...every tray of pizza was old...not one fresh tray...I picked thru and found a couple pieces that didnt look completely dried up and leathery and couldnt even eat them they were so tough...so I opted for pasta hoping they would put out some fresh pizza...when I got to the noodles and sauce area...I was disgusted...the noodles were almost completely dried out and the afredo sauce was just a crust covering the bottom of a pan...I decided to just leave. I dont recommend this place to anyone...I spent $9 only to leave and go to Pizza Hut.

Creo que hay que mejorar la posición de los recipientes de aderezos para las ensaladas. No están accesibles tan fácilmente. Uno tiene que inclinarse y extender todo el brazo y están grasosos, no son fáciles de agarrar, se resbalan de la mano por su peso cuando están llenos y ensucian la mano. y no son los mejores recipientes. Creó que es tiempo que Cicis ponga los aderezos con la misma técnica de los refrescos, que uno oprime una llave y sale el aderezo. Gracias por dejarme opinar. Atte Carlos Díaz.

This place is not bad, there are really two good mangers there and some of the employees I New there when I was working there are really nice , working there can become overwhelming and people do expect so much out of a cicis dinning experience( like seriously people)the mangers work really hard and so do the team members, when this place is busy its like a battle Field, put yourself in there shoes before you say anything , oh and Carlos is the best manger so is Cesar , Keith well he is ok I guess, with as many hours as he has I probably would be annoyed to with everything, they should hire more people that clean better, but other then that this place nice for families to have fun at and eat affordable food, remember peeps this is no damn red lobster , -_-

Este Cicis se esta dañando. Fui el dom 30 de oct y los managers estaban como aborrecios. Antes en la linea de pizzas se pedia alguna en especial. Hoy le pedimos al manager q estaba en la linea y nos dijo: pidanlo a la cajera, estamos ocupados aqui. Y la cajera con una fila hasta la puerta. Really?

Eating at the restaurant was a good experience. I was greeted by the workers and they helped me out with whatever I needed. After I had a few slices of pizza I felt really bloated. When I got home I was throwing up, had nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea. I continued like that for over 12 hours and had to be hospitalized for a virus. I couldnt take care of the virus at home since Im pregnant. The doctor told me that the possible way for me to get a virus is by poor handling in the restaurant or someone such as a worker or customer with bacteria touching the food. The next day my boyfriend was throwing up too.

Pronounced, "See-sees", sometimes "Sick-ees", is a fast food pizza buffet establishment where people go to gorge themselves on all you can eat pizza. Typically, ones first run through the buffet line results in a single plate stacked with 5-10 slices of pizza. Later, the consumer will spend hours in the restroom with diarrhea shooting out of his/her butt. You get what you pay for. Cheap price for cheap pizza. If you bring a overweight person with you and if theyre running low on process pizza, than theyll give all your money back to leave. Trust me it works.

I would glady drive out of my way to another Cicis. The buffet had what looked like scraps for picking. The AC must of been broken because it felt like a closet in there. And staff was not the friendliest. They all seemed annoyed....you could clearly see it on their face. Not sure if the male working was the manager or owner but he too was walking around with an attitude. This location is close to us but id much rather drive the distance for a different experience.

I wont be going back to this location. There was a roach climbing up the wall when I last visited. And honestly that is not the reason Im not going back. When I told the employee they acted like its no big deal. Which makes me believe this is common and nothing new to them. I used to work in a restaurant and if that happened to us I would have been mortified and apologetic. Little accidents happen but if it is the norm I dont trust them anymore.

Cicis is pretty good for a poor hungry college student. Not too expensive and you can eat till youre full. Theres an arcade in the back as well. They replace the pizzas at a timely basis and the place is pretty clean. Workers were also very friendly. Notably : Chicken Bacon Flatbread was pretty awesome...might be because I was hungry...might be because it was fresh...who knows. Didnt get a picture cause I ate it all <3

Of all the Cicis in the Orlando Kissimmee area (there are A LOT) , this is our favorite location . I live behind a different one and make the extra drive to this location . They have so many extra options and are very quick to make custom pizzas for us when we ask. The staff is very helpful and friendly . They are clean and constantly filling the pizza slots . We love it ! Management is wonderful and involved as well.
